Poor service, tore brokan covers during delivery is not replaced by another, costumer care is careless.

Trustable website, recieved books today, books are on good quality, delivery took time, i was on continuous support when i asked them about delivery status

I ordered Cosmos by Carl Sagan from The Book Lane and received a copy with such tiny, cramped text that it is genuinely difficult to read, completely unlike the larger, readable print they showcase on their Instagram page.
When I contacted them with photos the same day and requested a return and refund, they repeatedly claimed “it comes like this,” refused to accept the book back, and offered only a vague future discount instead of taking responsibility.
This experience shows they do not stand by what they advertise or support customers when there is a clear issue, so this is my first and last order with them and I would urge others to be very cautious before buying.
