Second time to buy a book, one for a 21st and one for 30th. Really well made, great packaging and delivery.

Bought this for a very dear friend of many years....They were delighted. So many highlights to reminisce. Absolutely their best present ever.

I bought this is a gift for my husbands 60th birthday and he absolutely loves it.

I absolutely love the book. The last time I ordered it was two years ago and I decided to come back and order one for my friend's 21st. She's in love with it.
However, I wish there were more options and more areas to write as it would be lovely to add more personalization. And more photos.
But otherwise, I love it and would highly recommend it to anyone that is interested in a present like this.

I used The Book of Everyone three times now and the service and end product has been excellent each time. It is so nice To be able to personalise the books And makes a wonderful, different gift for people to keep.

I asked for suggestions from staff for a book for my 15 month old, about to be big brother, grandson. The result was two books which my daughter, her husband and my grandson all love. Always a pleasure doing business here.

I received a book for my birthday which I loved, given the personalised photos that were included. The videos from family were priceless! This prompted me to re gift a book and the process was so easy. The customer service care (James, thanks!) was prompt and helpful on a small number of queries and highly professional. I would recommend this company and product without hesitation.

They gave me the wrong country on my map, very difficult to get a hold of, no one answers the phone. Terrible business ethics

I ordered The Book of Everyone for my son's birthday. This was the third book I have ordered from the company; however, it had some imperfections and was not like the previous two books which were in perfect condition. I immediately sent them an email explaining the imperfections and asked what could be done about them. They responded quickly to my inquiry and offered to send me a new book free of charge! They reprinted the book and sent it to me very quickly! I cannot praise this company enough for their excellent customer care and the fact that they stand by the quality of their merchandise! I highly recommend The Book of Everyone to anyone who wants good quality workmanship, excellent customer care, and a unique gift selection! Thanks especially to James who handled my inquiry from start-to-finish with quick, caring, and efficient concern! By-the-way, the second printing of the book was in pristine condition!

Perfect idea for birthday. Very original.

I received my personalized map a week ago. I like the idea a lot, the colors i picked where nice. But the map did not have the street names on that specific city I chose. It’s just a plain map photo only has the city name and like 2 other regions. I thought i was going to be like a real map with street names and all.

Ordered 4 fab maps from The Book of Everyone. 3 arrived, 1 missing. Got onto these guys and James very promptly and professionally got to the bottom of the issue, and then re-issued print order, and I received map yesterday. Maps look great, well packaged. Would recommend and use again. Thanks James.

Shout out to Susi Stace... give this amazing individual a raise! The company is working through customization upgrades, but with Susi's product knowledge and hands-on order management, my BOOK was finalized and received just in time for my nephew's birthday!

I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Ordered the book 2 hours ago order ID682166.

Realised I made an error as it is printing the current birthday year and I’m buying it as a birthday present for a friend's birthday on 29 Sept 1982.

It was confusing for me when the question was next birthday, as to me, currently birthday year is 1982.

After checking several times and confirmed the order. I realised the printing is at the wrong age! I’m getting it for her 38th birthday which is next week and not 37th (current birthday year??). Unable to find anything which says I can fix or edit after the order timeframe making me anxious as I finally found a good gift. Please help me fix this and reconsider 2 hour edit window to longer perhaps. Could really help with this anxiety.

it's 12 hours later now, i have been trying to call the help line, to rectify the issue. Typically any purchases you can cancel the order within 24 hours and repurchase.

Considering this is such a personalised item, it is poor form that i am unable to reach out to anyone.

I realised the error in less than 2 hours of the order, been trying to email/call all the available numbers last 12 hours. I received an automated email response saying may take up to 72 hours to respond and chances are i may receive response saying it's more than 24 hours and they are unable to fix the error.

Can someone please help! It is ridiculous to send a birthday book for someone's 38th birthday at 37 because it's "current" birthday year.

Customer service has since then reached out to me to resolve the issue. Still waiting for the book to be delivered which is a shame as I had two customer service team responding and saying they ll do different thing which delayed the process.

I also paid foe the video montage but definitely not worth the $18, they basically just put the videos together, no basic background music, transition etc, which was disappointing. Have requested for a refund as I have just asked my friends to send me videos of themselves and I can put it together myself on a link.

As a paid option, I think you should let the customer know what they ll be expecting. For $18 I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just generic preset templates pieced together videos with some music and transition in between

Order your book in plenty of time as mine arrived after the event !
Customer service are not available 24/7 so don’t respond immediately.
Eventually sorted out to a satisfactory conclusion.
Shame as the book is brilliant

I ordered a personalised map and really impressed with the concept, ordering and delivery very smooth. However I'm very disappointed on the quality of the paper, feels a bit amateur (a kid printed off his home printer!) and the print colour looks more faded as a result. I appreciate the responsibility approach to the paper the company is using but for the price and the actual end result i would have expected something more professional with better finishing touches. 6.5 out of 10 for this item
