Hi Sarah
Thank you so much for your feedback & I'm so sorry your gift boxes arrived damaged. We do usually use bubble wrap/padded envelopes when shipping our gift sets as many customers can vouch for, however due to us having an extremely busy Black Friday weekend this must have slipped through the net.
Please email me at info@theboujielounge.co.uk & I will arrange for new gift packaging to be sent to you.
Sarah x
