Des voleurs, simplement. J'ai commandé un ours à 60â¬, reçu pour Noel, ma fille tente de le construire mais dÚs le début, il manque clairement des piÚces. Retour vers tedbricks, ils répondent rapidement mais depuis me font tourner en bourrique et depuis 15 jours ne répondent plus. Donc à fuir!

I purchased a mattress from The Brick in Vaughan for my 15-year-old son. The salesperson assured me it would be perfect for him. Within a few months, the mattress collapsed in the middle to the point where my son could no longer sleep on it.
I took photos and filed a complaint as instructed. I was told someone would contact me â no one did. I had to return to the store six separate times before they finally sent someone to inspect the mattress.
Despite clear evidence of a defect, The Brick refused to exchange the mattress for a different one. Instead, I was forced to buy a completely new mattress.
This was a frustrating, time-consuming experience with very poor customer service and no accountability for selling a defective product. I will not be going back anytime soon.

TrÚs déçue du service reçu. J'avais demandée le pick up de ma commande à la succursale de Lachenaie et on m'a expliqué froidement que je devais aller la chercher à Pointe-Aux-Trembles. Honnêtement, il serait mieux de ne pas offrir ce service si vous ne pouvez pas le respecter.

The sales person was misleading and he lied. They sent me a different TV than I ordered and upcharged me.
When I called back the next day to inform them I was told that the sales person or a manager were not there.
The following day I talked to sales manager who told me I sent you a better model. I was decieved and upcharged. Their business practices are suspect and should be investigated.
PS Just got a response to my post. It is a generic response that is the same for everyone. They state to give your information and invoice and they will have a manager contact me. Lol
Why do they think I am writing this review? Because I have talked to numerous managers and they still try to justify their deception.

Terrible quality and the worst warranty team ever.
A $3,000 sectional, including the extra 3-year warranty.
Failed after 1 year. Requested a warranty, but it took an entire month of emails back and forth for them to accept it. Now, in less than 2 years, there are 5 more repairs. They will not fix it, they'll give me credit in their shitty store. And on top! The guy didn't enter the right amount of credit, he took $300 out of the amount we discussed!

Nous avions acheté un kit de salle a manger: table et buvette en laqué et 6 chaises le 28 novembre 2025. On pensait avoir les meubles de nos rêves tellement ils ont jolies. Il y a 4 jours on a constaté des égratignures. Le laqué a commencé à sâenlever sur la table ainsi que la buvette. La quantité des produits nâest pas du tout au rendez-vous. Nous nâavons pas eu droit à une échange ni un accompagnement quelconque. On va continuer à payer des produits à crédit alors quâon aura pas lâutilité comme il se doit. Le vendeur nâa pas été transparent quâà à la politique du magasin concernant les échanges ou les réclamations des produits. Nous nous sommes trouvé donc dans ce piÚge. Câest vraiment plus quâune arnaque. Des produits de trÚs mauvaise qualités. Jamais je conseillerai à quelquâun ce magasin.

I paid in full for a kitchen set and six chairs on November 22nd. The delivery date was scheduled for December 20th but was cancelled due to cold weather. I can understand and accept that situation but they did not inform me of this new development so I waited all day thinking the tracking was off. I finally phoned and they said that all customers were notified. I checked my records and informed them that they simply missed me! A new date was set for January 10th but I was phoned recently that I have items on back order and perhaps they will have my chairs in by the end of January. They were the ones who cancelled my first delivery date without notifying me and as a so called apology they sold my chairs and put me on the waiting list again!! What a pathetic way to run a business!!

Sold faulty products, then pushed a warranty they refuse to honor. When the items failed, they refused returns and avoided calls. The paper receipt showed no âno-refundâ policy, but they later sent an online receipt claiming no refunds. Warranty support was nonexistent.
Corporate was rude, dismissive, and misrepresented what was said. The only way to recover money is through a credit-card chargeback, not the company. Avoid.

This should be investigated: how can a company with such poor reviews on Trustpilot still have a good rating on Google Maps? ð Donât trust them. They seem to run their business using customersâ money. They sell products and promise delivery on a specific date, but then keep canceling, month after month. In the end, youâre left with plans you made and nothing delivered to your home.

Really disappointed. I requested a box spring so no assembly would be required but was sold a frame that requires assembly that I cannot put together. (I was told assembly would be easy.) I have been told repeatedly for the past 4 weeks that someone will contact me to arrange a time for assembly. This has not happened. I am not allowed to make an exchange or return. I would not shop here again.
