Both orders were delivered promptly. However am disappointed that l size was not available. The XL one is great and she spends a lot of time there. THEN
bought small as a compromise (for Large) to fit in a smaller space but it is a little small for our dog so Medium would have been perfect.

I have bought many beds for my girl but the Brooklyn bed is by far the best one we have purchased. My girl loves it, the quality is great, perfect sizing, and it arrived in good time. The instructions of how to get the best results were very helpful. All in all we love it, thank you

REPLY: As stated multiple times in the process (I tried to resolv the issue with Brooklyn directly first, after all), I care for ONE dog, ONE day per week in my private home to provide daycare with ONE overnight stay. The $300 Brooklyn® Nest Dog Bed was purchased for that specific reason. Covers were removed for washing, but ODOURS had transferred into the memory non-washable, non-dry-cleanable foam core. Support was what felt as deliberately unsupportive and my enquiries seemed to have been willfully misinterpreted.

I purchased the Brooklyn® Nest Dog Bed (Jumbo) in November 2025, expecting a premium product that would last. Unfortunately, it has been a massive letdown.

The Issues:

1- Durability vs. Usage: I care for one dog who only uses this bed one night per week. Despite this extremely light use, the quality has already failed.

2- The Smell: I recently removed the covers for a routine wash only to find that the internal foam filling has developed a significant, unpleasant odor. For a bed that is marketed as high-quality, the foam should not be trapping smells or degrading this quickly—especially with such minimal use. Not even to mention the severe discolouration of the internal foam.

3- Customer Support: When I reached out to their team to resolve the issue, they were entirely unhelpful. There was no attempt to stand behind their product or offer a reasonable solution.

Final Verdict: Don't let the branding fool you. Between the poor material integrity and the lack of support, this bed is not worth the investment. I expected a lot more for a "Jumbo" tier product. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Really disappointed, and feel stupid as we ended up purchasing two beds from this company. Their return policies are misleading - you have to pay shipping back so this idea of try it out doesn't really work! The first bed was defective - hardly any fill, and it just sits on our floor flatly. However we assumed that's what it was meant to do, and to be fair this company is about the only one who can make dog beds that aren't just grey or beige, so we bought another one. This one was tons fluffier, and the dogs are so much cosier in it. BUT when I pointed out how flat the first one was, although I hadn't realized that until we had had the new one for a few months to give it a chance to settle and check it wasn't just an age thing, I was told I was outside the 30 day return. As I write this it does sound petty (despite the very obvious bad quality of the first bed - it even weighs 50% less despite being the same size), but, really, compared to other Canadian companies I have dealt with who have just owned their quality control errors and TRUSTED their clients, Brooklyn is nowhere near the same standard. I would not make the mistake of buying from them again, and our replacement for the flat bed in a fun colour will be a beige (yawn) bed that actually supports our dogs. I love supporting Canadian businesses, but they need to show some support back to their clients.

I have purchased three beds from Brooklyn. The first was the original round calming bed. It has not stood up to use very well. It was the old model - it did not have a removable cover, so when I washed the bed and it came out lumpy and has never returned to form. My dogs won't use this bed anymore. The second and third beds are the cooling nest bed with memory foam. The larger one is just big enough for my Great Dane to curl up in. It's a favourite with all of my dogs. I do wish you could buy a replacement cover for just the interior cushion in Canada (you can elsewhere) and that you made it available in colours other than grey in my market.

Daisy loves her Daisy Bed. She has pushed the wadding around so it looks like a nest. i've shaken it out only to find her doing it again. It her bed, her big and comfy nest and who am I to argue.

The bed arrived quickly and the quality is great. Dog loves it and sometimes the cat sleeps on it.

Very unhappy, bought as meant to be chew resistant. My dog is not an extreme chewer but she is a puppy so does have a nibble on her blankets and beds sometimes when anxious. Didn’t even last 30 mins with her and doubt she was even chewing hard. I expected some damage if she chews but not for her to be able to create a hole without even trying. Have had normal dog beds last longer than this. Very disappointed, wasn’t waterproof either.

I got this bed for our growning Boxer pup as she has already grown out of a cheaper bed.
Willow loves her new bed and sleeps happily in it even for rests after a busy morning!
So pleased I picked this bed.

Brooklyn memory foam dog beds - I would NEVER buy this product from this company, nor any other product from them again!
The quality is beyond rubbish overall!
The beds "sweat" like crazy on my wooden floors and the dogs certainly haven't taken to them like other beds I've purchased elsewhere in past (even cheapy ones). Really disappointed in the quality overall. Only selling point is they shipped quickly and have swanky marketing, but seriously DON'T fall for it.
I have a Collie and a Terrier, so two different size beds, they are different coat types, weights etc but both beds are not fit for purpose.

Easy to use site and quick delivery. The bed fluffed up nicely but I wish there was a more solid foam at the base to help with our dog's sore hips, as after a while she does sink through the stuffing/the stuffing is uneven in places. This is fixable by re-fluffing the bed, but a more supportive base would make this the ideal bed

Easy online ordering. Bed was delivered in a timely fashion. Found the perfect bed for our Weimaraner to curl up and get comfortable on. Been through a few beds over the years and this one is supportive and constructed well for her needs. She was starting to groan when getting up from soft/flat beds, this bed is firmer and higher, she loves it! Just need to lay her blankies over the top as the material is like a fine mesh, so her nails scrape when she moves - but I prefer to protect the bed by doing this anyway.

Love, Love, Love these beds! And so does my dog! I have bought 3 beds plus 3 extra covers. I have washed the original covers and put the replacement covers on. Super easy to do. Who ever designed these beds/covers is a genius!

Be aware of this company. Not an Australian company. Unclear where it is based: China? The bed, Deep Sleep dog beds not fit for purpose. The cushion does not have sufficient filling to support my dog (7.5kg) See conversation with Dylan, "owner" on my review on Product Review where he explains that "nose to toe" orthopaedic support is only for large dogs. The website no longer says this, only "up to" 2x support of other beds (which could be 1 gm more, but which beds?) Warranty only applies to ring of bed. Cushion is not replaceable, so when that goes, or is only half full, as in my case, bed is no longer usable. The cushion of my Aldi bed has more support than the Brooklyn cushion. The CertiPur certification (if it is not a scam) is for foam only, so the cushion is still made of nasties. Labelled polyester, but Dylan says it is cotton, which needs to be "fluffed up".
Don't be fooled by all the +ve reviews and stick to Australian made or reputable companies.

In reply to Brooklyn’s reply. As usual they deny all responsibility. Regardless of the type of bed, it is not fit for purpose. The flimsy cushion provides no support whatsoever which means my dog sleeps on the floor.
