We had a fantastic experience with The Builders Family. They helped us tear down the ground floor WC in our house and part of the wall between the lounge and kitchen in order to create a bigger, open-plan space. They also moved and re-integrated our fridge into the kitchen. Additionally, they painted all walls throughout the house, and they hung up some bathroom mirrors and cabinets (including hardwiring, since the cabinet had LED lights and a shaver socket).

Throughout this process, they were very communicative, reliable and punctual. Juliano always responded to any questions, either via text or each morning when he came to visit the site. He also checked details with us throughout to ensure we were happy with their plans. They showed up on time every day as agreed, and worked very efficiently to complete the works in good time.

We are absolutely delighted with the results. Everything was done to a high standard, paying attention to detail and finishing touches. They did everything exactly as we had asked, and made several additions (after checking with us) that significantly improved on our initial plans. They have a very broad skill set and expertise - whenever we asked whether they could do something additional, their answer was invariably yes.

We would 100% recommend this company and will be looking to work with them again on future projects.

They made a damp, leaking house dry and watertight.
Also created an upstairs bathroom and renovated the original downstairs bathroom into WC plus utility room.
All work performed to a high standard and on time.

Once again, we had Julieano and his team out after the fantastic job they did on our two balconies. This time, they replaced rotten decking, updated the wall cladding, and installed new lighting with downlights and low-level lighting on our roof terrace.

All I can say is WOW — the craftsmanship and attention to detail have exceeded our expectations yet again. I would highly recommend them for any projects or renovations you have planned!

The company kept me well informed the whole way through. They were consistent and considerate about their communication. They worked hard and work they completed was to a very high standard, exceeding my expectations. I am delighted with my new outdoor space. I would happily use them again and have no doubt about recommending their services.

Recently had rotten decking replaced on a couple of Balconies and was so impressed with the standard of work, I asked Juliano to come back and do some plumbing jobs I'd been putting off including refitting a loose bathroom tile/ regrouting and resealing a shower tray and some new taps, The ensuit looks as good as it did when it was fitted over 5 years ago. I would highly recommend him and his team.
