It was truly a pleasure to do business with The BuyBack Platform. I sent three old iPhones to them, after getting the price they offered to me online. The entire process was seamless. There was one issue regarding one of the phones. It was attached to an Apple ID and we had no idea of the account, user name or password. The BuyBack Platform worked with us, was extremely patient and kind. It took several weeks (entirely my fault), but they sent me a check and I received it. I had an experience with a highly touted firm, to which I sold them an iPhone. I’m still waiting for the money. The BuyBack Platform is terrific. Gazelle is not. All went well except the label for shipping was not accepted at post office. As phones have a battery, it must be shipped as HAZARDOUS, and the label needs an "H" in the corner. Everything else with transaction was EXCELLENT 👌
