I used to travel a lot before we had our baby so I have worked with quite a few travel agents over the years. Most were good, one was very good, one was ok and one was terrible but Mark from Cactus Travel is in another league. His attention to detail is amazing in both finding us the perfect holiday and then making sure every little part of the booking is perfect and fits our needs, even where we sit on the plane with our baby. No request is a nuisance or too much. Even though I know he must be extremely busy he makes you feel like you’re his only customer and he has all the time in the world. I dealt with an agent last year who was very helpful until I booked my holiday but after I paid her she rarely answered the few questions I had, Mark is the complete opposite. We are not going on our holiday for another week and he has checked in with us multiple times. As a father himself who travelled a lot with young kids in the past he also gave me some great tips for travelling with our baby. We were so impressed how well he looked after us during and after booking this holiday we are going on next week that we have already booked another holiday through him for April of next year. We took his recommendation on which Ikos hotel would fit our needs best and he found us so much information on this in order to make sure we were happy before we booked, even sending us videos of room tours etc. Thank you so much Mark, you are now the only travel agent I will work with in the future and I have recommended you to lots of family and friends. You deserve to have an extremely successful business.
