Bought a megger 1741+ online.. fantastic service from Paul and his team, calibrated and delivered promptly.. 5 star service

Contacted Paul H via Facebook after a recommendation from a mate. He was honest that he didn’t have any of the particular megger EV tester I wanted in stock but was expecting them anytime. This was on Monday, tester has just arrived at my place on Wednesday, he kept me updated on delivery times, even sorted a 12 month calibration Cert 10/10 can’t fault the service, 1st class👍

Great services and fast delivery, great customer service too!

I developed a fault with my megger MFT while working last week, contacted Paul online and he had arranged postage for me the same day. My kit was there for around 4 days before I had it back in full working order and with a year’s calibration. Spot on service ! Highly recommended

I needed a multitester and hunting around was a bit of a nightmare. Then Paul popped up and i was sorted. Kept me in the loop. I would recommend The calibration Centre. I had a few issues which delayed the shipping THIS WAS MY FAULT. Paul was so understanding. Great service. 10 stars!!!

I contacted The Calibration Centre as I was looking for a recommendation on a digital multimeter. Paul got in touch and recommended a professional yet great value product which arrived quickly and was the cheapest out of all the competitors. Very happy and will definitely be using The Calibration Centre again!

Amazing service, needed a tester in a bit of a hurry,
enquired Thursday morning, instant response, paid at lunchtime, tester was calibrated that afternoon, sent out and arrived in post next day.

Enquired about a new tester on thursday evening, a few messages later I had purchased the tester that I wanted at a price cheaper than anything else I could find online. The tester was delivered by 1230 the following day. Excellent service and price. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic service as always. Paul is a really knowledgeable and helpful person and has gladly helped me on occasion when I’ve spoke to him about my needs. Can’t recommend the team at the calibration centre highly enough!!

Ordered on a late Sunday night had my items the next day you can't get better service then that. Great price aswell just what you need when starting a new career change thanks alot.

The customer service from Paul was very good he spent the time to answer all my questions that I had about a product that I was interested in buying. The postage service was quick and the box was well packaged to stop my item from getting damaged in transit.

I had my Megger repaired with the calibration centre. They arranged collection and delivery and it was completed in less than a week. They even upgraded the clips on my Megger case FOC. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Pick up of my tester was organised and tracked. I received a courtesy call explaining what repairs my tester needed (test buttons wouldn’t operate, reason why it went it) and gave it a calibration and a new set of test leads. Delivery was tracked back to me all with in a week. Can not fault the service
