The Career Coach レビュー

Got great practical advice and tips for my interview. Ian was a great help and made me feel very confident and comfortable going into the interview. Would highly recommend.

My first meeting with Chloe was awesome. She is knowledgeable and engaging. Thanks a mill Chloe!

I was skeptical about securing a job in less than 2 months, when I signed up for the TCC journey with Conor, they encouraged me to give it a go and assigned Janette my personal coach. Change can be scary initially, but I took the leap.

Two weeks after we started, I found out the TCC is not what I envisaged, rather but hyped to carefully make you sign up to a product they do not offer, for me was TCC owning the job search process.
I watched videos and did most of the work and on total I have four meeting and my CV is still not complete. I was promised by Janet a final CV will be provided but that did not happen.
I was told by Janet when I get a job interview, I can reach out to them to prepare a mock interview.

I finally requested to speak to Dan Potts, who advised there must have been a misunderstanding on what they do and what I was sold, as they are not a recruitment agency. Though he has agreed to review my CV when complete, however, I do not think for the cost, all you get is this.

I had so much trust in their service, however they did not deliver on this. A recruitment Agency would have done the job once I worked on my CV.

A very difficult lesson learnt as I lost €500 for no good cause.

Update: 13th February, 2024

Please I am still being debited on my credit card account despite full payment. Can you please advise how to contact your office because your numbers are ringing to no avail. Are there any more hidden charges despite I have been signed off??? I this payment was for the 08th Feb, 2034.

I have a great experience working with The Career Coach ,I am learning so much and getting great information about how things are done and been showing the right and proper way to do things when applying for jobs .

It had already been 8 months since graduating from university when I found about TCC. I applied to 3-4 jobs per day and my inbox was filled with rejections. TCC and especially my career coach Ian Richardson helped me to streamline my CV and cover letter and also gave me helpful interview tips. Within 2 months of approaching TCC I started getting interviews. Ian even did a practice mock interview with me for the role in which I am currently working.

I am extremely grateful to TCC and Ian for all their guidance and support. To anyone struggling to find a job or getting interviews I would highly recommend you to get in touch with TCC.

I would just like to thank TCC and especially Ian for all the help and support they have given me in my journey to establish a career in the IT sector. The experience was phenomenal with plenty of support provided though tools, feedback and regular meetings that helped me on this journey. While I am still going through my interview process which has been successful till date, I guarantee that I will be recommending TCC to friends and I will also be enlisting TCC's and Ian's services again.

Thank you TCC and Ian for the brilliant job you are doing for giving me the best career coaching experience.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with TCC!!
Reached all my career goals and managed to increase my salary along the way ! if your looking for a change in career or just some guidance around C.V writing and interview prep this is the place to be. Will be using TCC again for my next career step!

I found the session with Ian was excellent. He pointed out how I could improve my CV very easily. He has given me renewed confidence in my search for a new job.

I am happy I paid the money. I could of wasted countless hours sending pointless cover letters and CV's. Ian is a joy to work with. 100% recommend.

I have so far excellent experience but I will wait till end to rate five start.

After just two meetings with Janette, I got a job! She helped me build my CV, we talked about how it was supposed to be done for the jobs I wanted to apply for. After the first meeting, I got an interview and the second meeting helped me to be confident, we talked about how I should answer the questions, and important topics to pay attention to. Following Janette's tips, I got the offer for the job 3 days after the interview. I've been recommending it to all my friends.
My experience was a huge success. I'm so thankful!!

I've been in this program for 2 weeks so far, I have to say that it has been truly amazing! I got the job I wanted in my first week working along with Janette she has been very supportive and profesional.

I’ve had 4 sessions with the career coach and could not recommend this service more. Ian helped me identify what the next steps in my career could be, opening my eyes to a lot of options I hadn’t previously considered. After just 2 sessions I got a new role that is fully aligned with my career aspirations!!! Thanks to TCC, I’ve gained clarity on my short-term and long-term career goals. TCC has helped me define the steps I need to take to reach these goals in a very practical way, such as improving my CV and LinkedIn Profile, interview techniques etc. Ian is a truly talented, fun and engaged coach. I’ve left all my sessions with him feeling energised and confident about my future. Without his support and guidance I wouldn't be where I am today.

I recently had a consultation with Janette and I thoroughly enjoyed this session. I went into the session feeling a little overwhelmed about my career options and preferences and Janette was fantastic in helping me to develop more clarity around these. The session was well organized, thorough and the additional follow-up after the session helped to consolidate everything we had discussed during the session. Thanks a million!

I worked very closely with Dan Potts the CEO and advisor/mentor/coach to senior executives. I rate Dan and his team 5 stars!

Dan and team are proactive, highly knowledgeable and deliver outstanding advice on how to position for senior roles. They worked closely with me to bring my 4 page CV into a highly effective 2 pager. They also advised changes on LinkedIn in areas I would not have considered, which made my profile more complete and effective.

I strongly recommend TCC if you are looking for career advice, CV redesign and professional social media positioning to be effective.

Not worth the price. You can get all these from youtube or google. There are no continuous support and you can not count on it to secure a job.
Secure a job within 40 days as they said, not happening, not even close. No need to pay few hundred euros for this, not worth the money, not at all

I couldn't believe I was doing everything so wrong, it was great doing practice interviews, i gained my comfidemce back and got a great job , thanks so much to TCC for giving me the tools to get the right job for me.

I had an excellent first career session with Dan. He explained things clearly and paid close attention to my long-term career goals and my everyday worries. He also gave me some clear examples of how I can do better and we agreed on what steps to take next. Now, the works id on me!

I had my first career session with Janette. It was very informative. The feedback was very positive for me to boost my confidence. Her clear communication and thoughts made it easy to understand the minor mistakes and examples of what should have been outside the CV. Thank you for your feedback. I am in the process of adjustments.
I look forward to more sessions with her and getting my dream job afterwards.
