Our mission is to ensure students have all the information to make informed choices about their future and the tools to build a life they love. We believe that in order for students to make informed choices, they have to have the right experiences, knowledge and guidance. Our team is made up of experienced professionals with backgrounds in apprenticeship training, early years recruitment and careers education. Together, this experience has curated the The Careers People framework that allows students to explore who they are, where they want to be and the routes they want to take to get there. We have experience of working with schools, employers, training providers and education establishments to help build the bridge between young people and their futures.
