Vicky is a wealth of knowledge on Somnus beds, I’m so glad we found the Carriage online.
As we were unable to attend the showroom , she was able to advise and guide us at every step. This was invaluable, as not all retailers are knowledgeable about the brand. If we had specific questions , she was always able to answer directly, or find out quickly for us from the manufacturer. With quite a big investment, there was a real depth of reassurance in going with the Carriage, and Vicky’s approach is the perfect combination of professional and friendly. The delivery of our purchases by the family team, has always been spot on. We are so impressed with the Carriage and would definitely recommend to friends.

The showroom is amazing, and the customer service is exceptional. Vicky talked me through all of the mattress range and left me to test them on my own. Vicky is very knowledgeable on the subject and talks you through the detail, which is so helpful when buying a bed and mattress you will be sleeping in for many years! Delivery service was exceptional, the delivery team went above and beyond to get my bed into my cottage. It looks great and is so comfy.

A great experience, very friendly staff and lots of stock.
The bed was delivered as agreed, and the old one removed at no extra cost.

I have bought 3 beds from the Carriage and each time I have had great service from Vicky. 2 of the beds were for my children and Vicky gave great advice around what to buy. The beds were delivered promptly and efficiently and I couldn’t be happier with the service or the beds!

I’ve bought 2 beds, a sofa bed and a mattress as well as a number of other items from The Carriage, all of which I am delighted with. The customer service in the showroom has always been excellent, Vicky knows her stuff and is really helpful, she listens to what you want and gives her advice when asked for which is fantastic. The delivery of what are very large items has been completely stress free, William has turned up when expected and the team have had to carry some pretty heavy stuff upstairs for us which they have done carefully and considerately. We have been very happy with the service and will go back again.
