The whole RCT process is carefully thought out. You are taken step by step through the protocols in easy to digest video formats. This is also good for referring back to when needed. Questions are answered promptly. The leadership team is informative, kind and supportive throughout. There are additional videos sent from the entire TCFH Team, to expand your knowledge, so there is a generosity too. You don't feel that once you had done the course, that is it - there is constant expansion and you feel part of a explorative community. I love that this is based upon expertise and also solid lived experience and the team are very open about this. I have seen fantastic results already with my practice partners, so I know RCT is going to really help people. Thank you to everyone at TCFH, particularly Mel, who is with you throughout your RCT journey. I feel part of something special, rewarding and of service.

Also, the fact that both of y'all come from a lived experience instead of just a book it's much easier to feel like y'all are grounded in the topic. When ppl preach about a topic without ever living the experience just because they studied it it comes across as fake. And you two bring it as very real and honorable as well as science based. The relationship the two of you have make the videos easy to listen to and make me feel like I'm just sitting with friends. As someone with auditory process disorder, watching videos and understanding them is very very hard but y'all made it easy, the videos were short enough to stay on task. I liked I could come back anytime and start and finish when ever I wanted..( case in point..I started in 2024 and just finished in 2026... 😂 With the 20 hr 8 modules). If more were free featuring you two, I would certainly watch and do them. They have helped on my journey healing and understanding my past as well as the mirror trauma my child ( fictive kin) is going thru.

It has been an absolute honor to participate in the courses at The Centre for Healing.

As someone completing their certifications, I can deeply relate to Matt and Ryan's authentic approach. The modules are perfectly bite-sized and structured so they never feel overwhelming.

The content is highly informative and delivers a detailed, practical approach.

I find this framework incredibly beneficial both for individuals experiencing trauma and for coaches who want to understand trauma deeply to better support their clients.

I completed the Trauma Informed Coaching course and the Understanding Trauma course with The Centre for Healing. Ryan, Matt & the Team have brought together some very informative and interesting courses relevant to everyone’s life.whether you are a coach and adding some growth to your existing programs or if you’re doing the courses exclusively for yourself, the courses are well worth the time and money to ensure your personal growth is elevated. I will be enrolling in two other of their courses in the near future which will provide me with an extra income stream and assists me with my session content for my women’s retreats.Thank you The Centre for Healing.

I first came across The Centre for Healing when I enrolled in their free Trauma-Informed Coaching course in December 2024. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the course exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression on me. The information was insighful, practical, and delivered in a way that felt both compassionate and empowering.
Since then, I have completed the Root Cause Therapy (RCT) course, enrolled in both the Manifesting and Somatic Tapping courses, attended additional workshops, and regularly read and watch their monthly blogs. Each experience has deepened my understanding of trauma, healing, and personal growth.
As someone who has spent many years on my own healing journey, I appreciate that Melissa, Ryan and Matt teach from both professional knowledge and lived experience. There is a genuine authenticity in the way they share their work. I felt understood, supported, and inspired throughout the learning process.
The Centre for Healing has not only helped me continue healing my own trauma but has also given me practical tools and greater confidence to support others on their healing journeys. A highly valuable program that has increased my self-awareness, confidence, and self-trust. The Ryan & Matt are knowledgeable and supportive, and the practical tools and insights have had a lasting impact on both my personal and professional life.

Always great content and easy to speak to tutors if need extra guidance. I felt well supported through the course.
I did get a little bit led astray by a couple of other students who were complicating the process during practice sessions, thankfully I went back to Keith’s practice session videos and followed his guide which of course was correct.

What I appreciate from Melissa and the TCFH team is that they appreciate where people are and was able to pick-up at where they left since the courses are self-paced.

There is minimum to no pressure to complete the courses; they are very much self-accountability.

I started my journey with Trauma-informed Manifestation Coach back in 2024.

It hasn't been a straight-forward journey as I was dealing with life-changing experience and its aftermath.

I managed to clear the course mid 2025, but get stuck at some follow up questions to make sure we understand the materials.

At this point I had to take a break due to emotional exhaustion until March 2026.

Finally I was able to get certified for level 1 and carry on to finished Level 2 in the following months.

Plus the communities are open even after the end of the courses, ensuring ongoing learning.

Matt and Ryan are very easy to listen to, and I find the often complex information is delivered in a very friendly way and is easy to understand.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience studying and training for root cause therapy. The training was thorough, and straight forward for me. It was worth the investment for the life changes I have personally experienced alongside actually apply the studies into practice. I found it easy to do trainings and the assessment was laid out that was really understandable. I felt really supported during the entire experience and got so much out of it. Absolutely fantastic! The Centre for Healing goes above and beyond with their courses and the incredible amount of information and support they provide. I have literally been consumed by it all. It has been a life changing experience. I had never facilitated sessions in my life. Now I feel confident to work with clients. Not only am I learning so much from the courses I'm in and really going out of my comfort zone, but I'm healing as I'm doing them. Prior to enrolling, I was actually looking to go into therapy but then I discovered TCFH and suddenly....therapy found me. ❤️ Highly recommend!

Amazing training

I just finished the Root Cause Therapy training level 1 from the Centre for Healing and am very satisfied with everything. The course is well presented, the method makes a lot of sense, everything is well detailed and support from both the community and TCFH has been tremendous.
I'm so satisfied that I'm now going to do level 2, and the Embodied Processing trainings.
