orderd via groupon. thechemist live sent questionaire with request for copy of driving licence which i sent. payment returned with no explanation or reason.tried ordering twice more. payments returned for no reason or explanation. emailed the chemist live but had no response

Ordered a plastic pill box via ebay. Got an email telling me to fill in a medication questionnaire.Unless I filled in the questionnaire they would not fulfil my order..
I replied that it was ludicrous nonsense as it was a plastic box. So they cancelled the order.
Is this woke madness or what ?

Not received as yet , waiting as supposed to take 4 a day

Amazing place to go for travel injections, I went recently with a lot of jabs needed. Very accommodating and patient. Made sure everything was correct and helped me get prepared for my trip. Would highly Recommend

covid 19 test x10 goods arrived all loose in one box,not in sealed boxes ,nearly all were at end date, customer that had sent them back before their letter was still inside complaining.not even floflex as advertised ,contacted 3 times ,no reply..........dont buy from theses people

Received email advising order dispatched on 13th October. No sign of order or communication from company despite 3 polite email requests one through Ebay feedback request

wow, where to start, the entry rules changed to USA and they told me about it, changed my appointment and did the test so kind welcoming, will only deal with them from now on Outstanding service

Efficient, friendly and highly informative service. Got my covid booster and flu Jab with no wait. Staff were very lovely and the pharmacy was fully equipped to deal with walk in boosters as well as bookings. Excellent!

outstanding service, easy to book online at a time that suited us. arrived early which wasn’t a problem they accommodated us without any issues, my daughter and myself went in together. the place was very clean and safe, receptionist very pleasant, in and out within 10 minutes. received results before we got home. would highly recommend these guys, very efficient

Quick and easy process

Due to increase in travel requirements whilst in the USA I booked on our return an in clinic 2 day PCR tests for my wife and I.
We were informed we would be emailed within 2 days with results. Bearing in mind we’re isolating after 3 days I rang the clinic to be informed we were negative.
I asked for confirmation emails to be able to present to our employers.
Still waiting for formal results.
Poor service.

All aspects of the experience, from booking to getting the results were first class. Results for our antigen test were emailed within the hour. Superb.

Lovely friendly reliable professional staff booked pcr tests here.
Didn’t wait long for results and certificate to fly.
Would highly recommend would definitely only use this chemist. Fantastic.

I was very concerned before ordering since you hear so many rumours.
I ordered two test kits at 22:00 on a Monday (after receiving my -ve PCR test in France) and they arrived at my home on the Wednesday.
One of the day 2 results took around 3 or 4 days to arrive (I don't believe the day 2 test serve any real use since we are both vaccinated and had a test before arriving in the UK).
The day 8 test results arrived on day 10, so we were free to move around on day 11 as planned.
Conclusion - all finished well

A little slow in getting results back. Day 2 result was fine but Day 8 was still not back 72 hours after I knew it had been delivered by the post office. However they were super responsive to my email and they chased up the result. I'm fully vaccinated and followed self isolation to the letter so I knew it would be negative. But if you aren't so sure the delay could be more of an issue.

Bought a Day 2 & Day 8 testing package for my husband. Posted Day 2 test at 9:00 (at central sorting office), it's Day 7 today and we still have no result. Sent 2 emails 3 days ago - no response. DO NOT use postal service.

Avoid! Paid for tests for my family for Christmas and had to cancel as U.K. government banned international travel. Kept deposit despite promising it could be used against another test. Now not responding to emails.
There are better companies out that offer more competitive prices on PCR tests I.e kids go free . My advice book somewhere else as I wish I did ! They are cashing in on others misfortune.
