chicagoutfits store Service Is awful. I checked shipping times prior to purchase and we had plenty time to receive items . They never sent them and are just getting to it . I’m already on our trip .

Scammers …. Please don’t send them any money.. size 6-8 trousers orders arrive way too big… requested yo return for refund .. apparently that’s too expensive but they will send me out a smaller one for £2.59593 ????? They dot my make a smaller pair.. and I’m still not sure how much the above equates to in Pounds…. Not responding to emails. Don’t fall for the adverts . The trousers are actually terrible quality too. Nothing like the one In the add

STAY AWAY…I ordered a bikini two months ago. I still haven’t received my item. I’ve sent multiple emails and get the same generic automated response back.

Do not be fooled, Listen to all the bad reviews & save your money.

Ordered two bikinis. No good for me. Requested free returns label to send them back and get a refund.
Still haven't got it after loads of emails, and even going through pay pal. They just ignore every email!!!

Purchased a bikini as saw a advert post on Facebook saying how amazing it was. It really wasn't. The fit was horrendous and didn't do anything for you. Tummy control wasn't even there and the cups on the bikini made you look horrendous . I wanted a refund and just now keep ignoring me.

Ordered two items using the size guide. When they arrived they didn’t fit so asked to return them but was told it wouldn’t be worth it as it needs returning to China and would I accept at 20% refund to my account which I declined as I will never use this site again. Now they have stopped communicating with me. The website states they accept returns and returns must be started within 4 weeks of delivery which apparently is not true.

Ordered 3 bikinis different sizes and neither fit. No returns slip and customer service email bounces back. After reading the other reviews I doubt I'll get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a bikini and it arrived, but was much smaller than the 3xl I ordered. It was supposed to be a full bottom, was the skimpiest brief. Asked for a refund and they asked whether I’d like an exchange, ok I’ll try a 5xl (way bigger than I wear), apparently I already had the biggest size. I would receive a refund once I’d returned the item, but I had to send it to China! Alternatively I could keep the item and they would give me a £6 credit for their online store. I went for this, though I have no intention of ever spending it. I gave the bikini to my niece.
Be aware of sizing and problems with refunds.

Same as everyone else been trying to get a refund and return items as too big, you get an email straight away saying sorry and wanting to know reason for return when you reply with the reason they don’t reply 😡😡😡 I wish I had read these reviews before purchase also, I will fight to the bitter end 👍

Do not order from here. I’ve been trying to return and get a refund on a bikini for 4 weeks. The item doesn’t fit and they will not allow me to return. Takes almost a week to get a response via email. So far they have offered £4 and suggested I could re sell it. Still waiting to know how to return the item and get a full refund.

Items didnt fit so contacted customer service to obtain a refund. Initial response was yes this will be done. 5 days later I am still awaiting details of how to return the goods, no refund to be seen and the company are no longer answering emails. Appalling customer service and this company are thieves. I wish I had read these reviews here. Purchase from these robbers at your own peril, be warned. If there was an option of zero stars that's what they would have received. One month on and I am still trying to sort. Have been offered a £9 refund for goods that cost £24. I would recommend you do not shop with this company. 😡

I’ve contacted customer service several times for a returns label, no response other than a generated automatic reply.

Bought a swimsuit that should have had a skirt included in price. No skirt was received. Also ordered a bikini, I’m a UK 12-14 and ordered large, the bottoms too small and top too big. I certainly don’t class myself as being extra large.

Whilst it’s not a large amount of money that I paid, I am fuming that it looks like I won’t have success in returning the useless items.

Please be wary if you’re thinking of ordering from this website, my advice would be to not bother.

Purchased items (bikini) that didn't fit properly. I contacted via email and haven't received any responses (now on email 4).
I then contacted via Facebook. They take a long time to respond and when they did they asked for a picture to show the item didn't fit. Absolutely disgusting. I'm now pursuing a refund via my credit card company.

Very poor service from this company. I did receive my order but needed to return the items. i have sent several emails to their so called customer services, they are taking almost a week to reply, still waiting for info on how to return items. They seemed to think I had not received my items and told me to check the post office. Stupid people can't have read any of my emails.
I would NOT recommend this company.

Terrible, customer service I actually liked the bikinis I purchased but they were too small. I asked for a return label as their website suggests but I just get emails back saying we have replied to your email but there is nothing in the reply! I have been trying for two weeks. Dreadful way to do business. Buyer beware.

No email confirming the order. When order arrived after 2 weeks there was no way to communicate with them, no return slip inside parcel. I had forgotten the name of the company, which I appreciate didn't help, but to not have any correspondence after the sale was shocking. I'm not trying to arrange to return the order, but have waited 6 days for a reply and they've still not confirmed how I can return the items.
