Amazing!!! The product and customer service is amazing every step of the way. I ordered Personlised sweet box for a family member for Christmas. The sweets were unique and not was definitely worth the money. I will definitely be ordering again!!

Purchased several personalised chocolate boxes £14.50 each
Nothing personalised at all arrived in plain white flimsy boxes? That don’t stay closed, with a faded printed A4 happy Christmas inserted inside. Chocolate bars wrapped in a bit of tissue. I could of purchased the chocolate & done better & saved money

Ordered my Mum a Ferrero Rocher bouquet from The Chocolate Box by Charlotte it’s beautiful! Lots of time, effort & love went into this, my Mum was so happy to receive it, arrived by courier within a few days of ordering, amazing gift also great amazing price. I will use them more and more now, I have recently ordered another for a get well soon gift, I highly recommend The Chocolate Box by Charlotte. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

After reading such positive reviews, and never having ordered anything like this before, I was swayed to use this company. The product itself looked very pretty.. lovely message card.. recipient happy with gift. BUT... I found the customer service and delivery to be very poor indeed! Having had several emails back and forth, all I can say is, I must have got Pam on a bad day - twice! Such a shame, because all other reviews look so impressive - very sadly, this wasn’t my experience. I felt as though I’ve had my wrists slapped for daring to ask about the delivery, and the shocking state of the packaging delivered by the courier. I was apologised to, but in a ‘back-handed’ manner, I feel. 😔

I praised where praise was due, and gave an honest feedback as to how I felt I had been dealt with by Pam - (the company/Charlotte?).
The order was placed on the 20th and no further response was received after initial email of order acknowledgment, until I contacted you on the 23rd, asking if you had any idea when the bouquet would be shipped/delivered. I felt your response was abrupt and unfriendly. But I left it at that. I then received an email saying it had been shipped on the 23rd. Hermes said they had the package on the 23rd. But this was not delivered til late morning today, 25th. The package was appalling and you’ve seen the photos which prove that. I praised your product, and said how pretty it looked- but I advised that I was shocked at the state of the packaging delivered by Hermes.
On informing you by email about all of this, I again felt your response to me was too aggressive and unnecessarily abrupt, and even a little condescending. I informed you of this fact, about your attitude and customer service, and closed contact with your company. Then left my review on TRUSTPILOT - giving what I believe to be a very fair and balanced review of my own experience... not my daughter’s, nor anyone else’s ... but my own! I now see that you wish to continue having your voice heard over a genuine customer, who never having used a company like yours, went by reviews showing 100% satisfaction, so I expected 100% customer satisfaction - but very sadly for me, it was not to be! Instead, you wish to carry this on in full view of anyone contemplating making a purchase from your company!? I also want to point out, your response directed at me on TRUSTPILOT this evening, is far more polite and respectful than the emails I have received from Pam. I gave my honest point of view in light of my own experience. Please leave this alone now - it’s happened and it’s done. My 1 disappointing review of your company will surely not have any effect on any of your future customers. People have free-will ... we will all shop wherever we choose to.

Excellent service, lovely products and have used now quite a few times nothing’s too much

Each order I have place with the chocolate box by Charlotte has been filled promptly and beautifully presented. I have made short notice and slightly different request but always completed with fantastic customer service.

Top service, would reccomend highly if anyone looking for a gift for someone special. My wife was over the moon with it. Very very happy. Than youu!!

I ordered a chocolate bouquet and not only did you get more chocolates than other websites it's actually cheaper! The best thing about this lovely company is the personal touch and by that I mean the constant contact throughout my order. Pam ensured my delivery arrived before it was needed. My friends was wow'd by this stunning collection. THANK YOU PAM!

Loved the service from start to finish!! Everything was fast and efficient, friendly service , quick delivery . And I was very pleased with the product it’s gorgeous. FANTASTIC!! Really delighted with every aspect of my experience! Was concerned that a gift for my niece might not arrive in time for her birthday, so I emailed them. Charlotte not only replied within a couple of hours but personally ensured that it would - and did!! The gift was so beautifully wrapped inside inside the protective packaging that it seemed a shame to open it, but when my niece did so, the look on her face was worth any price - and this was also excellent value!! An extra bonus was that the Galaxy gift included a couple of Ripples - not readily available elsewhere (that got me extra brownie points) Cannot recommend these products or Charlotte's service highly enough: as I said: FANTASTIC!!
