Great service from start to finish. Our Christmas tree looks amazing every year and we get so many compliments. Tracey and Paul also put up some lights outside my house for me, at a last minute request, for Diwali which looked fab. Will be booking them again next year!

I've been meaning to write this for some weeks now...
I was a little apprehensive about spending so much money on something that was only going to be enjoyed for four weeks. I had mixed feelings about a couple of negative reviews I read here but the good outweighed the bad. It also seemed that the bad was in relation to people who never actually used the services and had difficulty in getting booked into their diary.
I left a message and after 2 days thought I was going to be neglected but then heard back. I was told that my inquiry arrived at the same time as 50 others and that if I was offered a quote I would have to make a decision fairly quick to get one of the last installation slots. At first I though this was a bit pushy but on the school run passed a Christmas Decorators van outside of a home. That evening the van was gone and the house looked amazing. the home owner was stood on their path with people looking at their home so I took the chance to ask them if they had a good experience and what they had paid. They were highly recommended so I called right away to be told that they were now fully booked for the season. I was gutted and drove passed the lit up house for the next 3 days, annoyed that I didn't act quick enough and tempted to leave a 1 star review.
Glad I didn't as I got a call with a cancellation slot. I took this up and the couple who run the business were lovely. You feel their passion and enthusiasm and despite the foul weather persisted in getting the lights on my awkward shaped house. I could have never done what they did with B&Q lights and everything was made to fit. My house isnt the biggest on the street but its the best decorated. Would be good if trustpilot allowed pictures to be uploaded. Am using next 2 years for best price and have recommended to friends. Only negative I would say is that they don't do timers and the lights are on all night, which kept one of my kids awake who's bedroom was directly under one of the eves.

Becky and Andy brought the magic of Christmas to our home. The lights and decorative doorways were stunning. Fantastic customer service from start to finish, including taking everything down.

Can't wait to see next years!

The Christmas Decorators are amazing! I contacted them late in the year (close to December) and they responded immediately and booked us in right away! The management and installation teams were prompt, responsive, courteous, and extremely professional. They suggested the perfect decorations for our home and modified according to our request. The Christmas Decorators have been supplying our Towns Christmas tree lights for many years. Their attention to detail is second to none. The team do a great job. They are reliable, efficient and polite.
The Christmas decorators supplied all the relevant access equipment and tools, constant communication throughout leaving us with a trouble free experience.

This is my second year using the Christmas Decorators and I can highly recommend. I am absolutely delighted with my decorations both inside and out, they are stunning. The whole process is stress free. The Yorkshire team, in particular Richard and Margaret, are very professional, accommodating, prompt, attentive and a pleasure to work with.
