Matt and the team were brilliant! They produced a digital proof of how our decorations would look which really helped bring the designs to life. Installation was simple and the team were a pleasure to work with.

We couldn’t be happier with the Christmas decorations this year! The team did an absolutely outstanding job transforming our listed building with beautiful, traditional decorations that truly brought it to life. We’ve had so many people stop outside just to admire it and comment on how stunning it looks.

It’s clear how much care, pride, and attention to detail goes into their work. As a family-run business, they bring a personal touch and genuine passion that really shows in the final result. Professional, reliable, and incredibly talented – we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their home or business to look magical at Christmas.

Boom…. you did it again for another year running!

The team did a magnificent job, I couldn’t love our trees and entrance any more than I do! The bar was set super high after last year’s Christian Louboutin shoe themed tree but this year we went black & white to go a little different & honestly it’s incredible! Have 2 very beautiful 7ft nutcrackers at the main door to the house which really are a show stopper with the rest of the outside decorated.

Amazing job, thanks to all the team as I am known for being a little fussy but they never moan.

Poor service.

Called 4 times to be told every time someone will come back in 24 hours and no one did. After the 4th call they said they are fully booked when they told me in the first call they have availability.

After weeks of having faith in them I waited and waited and now am left stuck. Extreamly disappointed.

Lauren and team were amazing! Great communication in the lead up to the installation and on the day. And the festive door is amazing! A real show stopper. Can’t fault the install team xx

Rachel and her team at The Christmas Decorators truly created the most breathtaking backdrop I could have ever wished for. From the moment we started working together, their attention to detail and passion for their craft were undeniable. The range of stunning trees, some reaching an incredible 15ft, transformed our venue into something straight out of a fairytale.

What truly set Rachel apart was her dedication to perfection. Rachel and another member of her team took the time to visit The Carriage Rooms in advance to get a better vision of the space and ensure that every tree would fit in seamlessly. There eye for detail is something else, both ladies saw things we would never have thought of, making sure everything would look flawless on the day.

One of the most special touches was how Rachel worked so closely with our fantastic wedding planner, Jade from Lily and Twine Events. They were back and forth with each other throughout the process, handling everything with such love and care. A dream duo for any bride! Knowing they were both on top of every detail gave me complete peace of mind in the lead-up to the big day

Having worked with many companies in the past, I can confidently say that Rachel and her team went above and beyond. They weren’t just fantastic, they were exceptional. Despite Christmas being one of the busiest times of the year for her and her company, we never once felt like our wedding was just another project. In fact, it was quite the opposite. Rachel made us feel like our wedding was just as important to her as it was to us, and that level of care is rare to find.

One moment that meant the world to us was when I mentioned that we had both lost loved ones, my dear Nannie and my husband's grandfather, whom we miss deeply. I asked Rachel if it was possible to incorporate two doves into the decor to symbolise their presence watching over us as we said our vows. Despite the difficulty in sourcing them, she made it happen with such grace and ease. That gesture alone meant more to us than words can express. Now, looking back at our wedding photos, we can see the two doves there, always in focus. As we wanted, they had the best seat in the house 🤍

The day before the wedding, as Rachel and her team were setting everything up, I could see the care and attention going into every single detail. It wasn’t just a job to them, it was a creation, a masterpiece.

This is the third year we have used The Christmas Decorators (Wirral) and will be using them again. Always great service from Kathie and the team . We’ve tweaked bits of the installation over the years and I think this year we really got it right . Everyone loved our decorations . Candy and her team where amazing throughout the whole process and my house looked absolutely amazing from Nov to Jan! Absolutely beautiful display on our shop front, it made such a difference to the window and definitely attracted onlookers, not many of the shops decorated their windows this year, so to have something so professional, really stood out!
