This is the most surprising scam. First of all, the content in the membership is quite good, and I don't regret paying that amount. However, the fact that they run giveaways for 5-star reviews in exchange is already alarming.

I canceled my membership two days before renewal and received a confirmation email. Today, I was charged again, so I checked my membership, and it was active again. I went through my emails and noticed that while all the newsletters go to my main folder, emails about the cancellation go into my spam folder.
So 2 days ago I received this message : "Hey XY,
Bummer to see you go already! 😔

This is to confirm that your subscription to The Coaching Masters Membership has been cancelled. You won't be charged from today onwards.

Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out."

After this my membership was active again and charged again.
Come on, guys, do you really need to scam people?

The Coaching Masters membership has been such an amazing experience so far. I’ve gained so much knowledge, practical advice and mindset tools from the programs in a short space of time. And my coaching calls with Natalia were wonderful - they gave me so much clarity and confidence. I’m truly grateful this personalised coaching is included - it makes a big difference :)

Since joining The Coaching Masters, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience! The Coach App is an amazing resource to have. Access to various courses and resources to help you build your Coaching business! The community are all like minded individuals who encourage and support each other by sharing knowledge and experiences.
The customer service has been PHENOMENAL so far! Speedy responses and eager to help with your enquiries!
I would encourage anyone looking to start their life coaching journey to join. You won’t regret it!

Avoid at all costs worst customer service I’ve ever encountered do not give your bank details they take unauthorised payments from your account
The quality of the course is same as free courses on udemy u received a certificate for a course I didn’t even complete
They close their Facebook down due to all the poor reviews and people complaining
They run competitions for people to put of 5 star reviews

The Coaching Masters App is such a great tool full over relevant Information, easy on the eye, no overwhelming jargon or fluff. For the price, Coaching Masters give value for money +++++. There is no packages that offer such quality in so much quantity for a small amount. However, true to Lewis and Liam's word which is want to make Coaching accessible to everyone, they have made this doable with reasonable monthly subscription. I've used the app and working through the coach flix and just keep being impressed by what is available, the updates and content quality. A lot of organisations could learn a lot about dissemination of information in such a more enjoyable process from this app. The other aspect of working through the Coaching flix is the positive energies and the response from the customer service team and fellow Coaching Masters members. I've recently joined the Coaching masters app and the feedback and support with like minded people just keeps you in a constant positive energy as you work on your self and your business. This company continues to keep giving in buckets and those who decide to join will not be disappointed.

I've been a member since last year but the app just got updated recently and is even better than before. There is a lot of content included in the membership and you can upgrade when and if you want to very easily. The TCM community is full of wonderful people who are inspiring and supportive. And even though the company is fat expanding it still has a family feel to it which I love. I highly recommend.

It was a really amazing journey to be apart of and it goes by so fast. Jermaine Harris has some electric energy and loads of experience and knowledge he is willing to part with each week. I'll miss the Monday classes. But I've found, my tribe, loads of amazing coaches and so much about myself along the way. You won't regret being a part of this group. I really enjoyed learning the tools and the framework. This course was very well put together. I'm so glad I've been a part of it. I'm delighted to say, I'm a coaching master 😎

The coach app itself is such an easy format, the training very easy to follow and most importantly the community is full of lovley people. I have invested in the accreditation but, there are various other things you can invest in that is not so much of a cost but a fantastic place to get started on healing, growth and realising your potential

Additionally there are business set up trainings. If you want, you can use everything they have available here to go from knowing nothing about coaching to growing a business as a coach.

The Coaching Masters has literally changed my life forever. It got me from being burned-out and depressed, not being able to get out of bed; to having clear goals & a burning desire to achieve them. TCM created a permanent shift in my mindset and no matter what life throws at me, I stay focus on my goals and my direction. It's freaking incredible. I get emotional every time I say my story to other people and just how much this has changed my life. I'm so incredibly grateful. The workshops coaches are amazing and really know what they are doing. I'm a sceptical person, so I tried at least other 7-8 courses that popped on the ads online and none of them resonated and helped the way The Coaching Masters did.
They are genuine and authentic and that's important to me.
**The courses are very well structured and in a way that doesn't overwhelm you but also have results and take actions.
**The customer support is there if you need them, supper polite and efficient.
The New Coaching Masters App is much more than your usual App. The Coaching Masters thought of everything. I'm so glad I can access my courses and even download when needed. I spend so much time on public transport (London, I know...) but this way, I can make it productive. Glad you took into account how TFL is, and having it accessible from anywhere.
** On top of the really valuable training, there is the absolutely positive community. Love it so much. You get to be supported, learn others' stories/experiences, and you know you're not alone on your journey.❤❤❤

I had the most amazing 1:1 Complimentary Coaching session with one of the Coaching Masters team members (Kaspar). I was sceptical as I assumed like most “free” things that at any point during the session the coach was going to start selling me some magic wand type of programs etc…but that pitch never came…..all I had was a truly meaningful and impactful coaching session. I am coach myself and I can say The Coaching Masters walk the talk. The coach was so invested in my development and journey as a person and fellow coach.

If you’re starting out I would say maybe subscribe to the entry level package which is a few pounds a month but what you get for that monthly subscription is such invaluable amount of resources which can easily help you to launch your coaching business. Later if you have proven the concept maybe then you can invest in the packages which I plan to do in the future!

The Coaching Masters don’t do hyper selling or promise you the world without putting in the work, they are down to earth and realistic in their guidance and I say this sets them apart from the self styled Coaching “Gurus” out there!

Being a member of TCM from 2021, and completing the accreditation course in 2023, I can honestly say it’s the best community out there.
The support I’ve had has been amazing and the whole team are incredible!

I joined TCM at the end of 2023. I had been determined to become a life coach but had not found the right place to qualify. I wanted transformation and depth, to become internationally accredited and to be inspired. This journey has been beyond all expectations. Epic, Exciting and yes - Transforming. The live sessions, training, incredible coaches who connect on a personal level, content, and motivation, I cannot speak highly enough of it. If you want your world set on fire then this is the way to go - so you can then get out there and set other people's worlds on fire. Thank you TCM, Lewis, Liam, Kelly, Brooke and so many others...... and the support and community continues long after you qualify.

Thanks for a great first session and introduction to the course today - The session is a great place to reflect on where youre at before you committ fully & see if course is the right fit for you... Highly recommended if youre serious about being a coach then its the place to be! :-)

Please, please be careful of this company. When you first sign up it clearly states that you can cancel anytime. But once your in the system they talk you into doing a course which you cannot cancel. They forcibly go to your bank and take your money even if you cancel. Please do not trust them, also they give you no contract and it's so hard to get any customer support.

Update: My concerns arent towards the content, is the lies and deception from this company. They have tried so hard to delete my reviews no I can only comment on this one. Please stay away from this people! The only care about your money, I'm currently on maternity leave with no money and they aren't giving me a choice they will be happy to take to court while they have giving other people the choice to delete their reviews in order to remove their debts! And i have proof of that too.
anyone reading this, please do not go with this horrible company. They have silenced me and many others. They only care about money. I repeat do not get on board to do it. At least the holistic modality. Such a rubbish content, which you can easily find on udemy at much MUCH cheaper price. I'm not able to pay the amount I thought I could afford(changes of circumstances, going on mat leave soon) and of course they send their lawyers to chase me for it. Still can't afford full amount over £2000 for the most stupid content, I truly truly regret jumping on board and getting this headache. Do not sign up do not join them. And each person get a different amount! Another girl was a lot more than mine. Crazy they just want your money. Scammers

I got a replied stating its been 7 months, yes you can't expect to have 14 days and see what happens, I couldn't work due a fire in my work place hence the missed payments, then you trying to say that you are different than others providers, I mean a live Q&A is available in Udemy, the current qualification you hold for this specific modality is ALSO in Udemy, so please to anyone reading this, SAVE your hard earn MONEY and DO NOT get involved with TCM, they only care about your money. Not you.
Not other option has been given, even though I haven't finish the course, they of course wants you to pay them, giving a zero care of your situation in case of any unexpected changes like mine. Going on mat leave soon and expect me to pay over £2000, so much for being a nice company that cares about their students.
Go to udemy, do your research and find alternative to this modalities, I can guarantee you they are there for you to learn and also get a qualification which will allow you to work as a holistic coach.

I have message your team no response, of you will flag this in order to have it removed. You can find in udemy same qualifications for cheaper price ad I found them myself, so please anyone reading this, don't get involved with them. They only care about money not you.
