The whole process of attaining FCA authorisation has been so drawn out and complicated, there is no way that I would ever achieved it without the expert help of Shaun initially and then Jade. Absolutely, outstanding service! A note to whomever is at the top of the tree in this company - make sure you do everything you can to keep Jade with you. Simply excellent. Her communication is faultless, she is prompt and always has time for you, she is personable and has a positive attitude - always! She enables understanding around a subject which to most, including me, is baffling. Step by step she took me through the process and procedures of applying and processing a new FCA licence, whilst explaining it in a way that I could understand and comprehend. She is patient and actually has a personality whilst being completely on the ball - all the time!

They are at the front end and as a dealer it is comforting to know that all the regulatory facets of the Finance and insurance are up to date and audited to the highest standard.

Jade made the whole finance application process a breeze, at first it can appear daunting the whole process but Jade made it so simple and easy to understand her communication skills are second to none. She took time to speak to me over the phone to help me understand certain wordings and area of the application which really had be confused. Thanks to Jade she made everything so simple and easy and ive just received my approval and i couldn't of done it without Jades help.
