This company was my company and we NEVER repaired mobile phone screens or indeed mobile phones. We worked from HOME. We never had a shop.

Mia Gayle is mistaken in her review, We always took pride in making every client happy.

Sadly, wherever Mia Gayle had her phone fixed seemed to be not a nice place.

I got my screen fixed not even 2 months ago and paid £115.
now today have woken up with a glitched screen, tried to explain what happened and they tried to make me pay the full amount again. this is ridiculous and my phone should not be broken so soon after. I am a young woman who broke down crying to them as I couldn't get to work because of my broken phone and they would still not help me. never coming here again and will not be recommending this place to anyone.

also when I first got my screen fixed, the man ripped off my mothers screen protector even though she never said she needed a new one and still made her pay for the screen protector she never asked for.

John is honestly one of the nicest people ive ever come across. The service he provides is quality, at a great rate and has a great personal touch. I ended up staying for half an hour chatting to him when i dropped my laptop off. He then held onto my laptop and waiting paitently without any complaint until i had recovered from covid before i picked it up some 10 days later. He talked me through what the problem had been and my laptop is now working perfectly. I couldnt reccomend him enough to anyone looking for computer repairs. Top bloke, great company, keep up the good work!!!

My CAD Machine decided not to boot up for some reason during an important project.
I delivered it to John on Tuesday evening and had it back fully working on Wednesday.
He discovered a BIOS problem, reloaded the BIOS and reinstalled Windows 7 in under a couple of hours.
This is the third time that I have used him (different PCs and different problems each time) and he has always been fast, efficient and very reasonably priced.
Definately the person to go to in the Luton/Dunstable area.

I need to start by saying John is an absolute hero. I was fearing the worst when my gaming laptop started not booting , only giving a black screen. I'd tried everything I could think of, and had slowly come to the decision it was a GPU failure and had resigned myself to having to spend night on £1000 for a new device.

This is where 'The Computer Man - Dunstable comes in. I saw 'No Fix, No Fee' and thought "nothing to lose" and contacted them at about 2300 about a week before Christmas. Imagine my surprise to get a reply almost instantly, offering to have a look the next day! Well, the machine went in and I was contacted to pick it up the same day working!

John took the time to explain it was an issue on the motherboard relating to the soldering of one of the RAM connectors, something uncommon to say the least. he had managed to get the machine running (and it still is more than happily) and suggested an upgrade to the RAM to mitigate the loss of one chipset, and suggested ways to have it repaired if necessary.

Needless to say I'm really impressed with the service, and then going the extra mile to offer suggestions to improve the machine to full or near full working order. Add to this that the cost being incredibly reasonable compared to others - some wanting several hundred just to look.

A friend recommended John and I am so glad he did. My laptop was making a frighteningly loud whirring noise which was diagnosed as a faulty fan. My first port of call did not want to take on the job of fixing or replacing it. John, however, was happy to give it a try and offered to look at my device that evening. Just a couple of hours after delivery he had fixed it, just by cleaning the dust off the fan! He refused any payment until I was happy the laptop was back in working order which it was. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and will definitely use him again. Lightning quick, friendly and professional service. What more could you want?

Great service and genuinely great people. I hadn't used my mac in years and gave it to John to fix....He fixed it same day. Very pleased.

my computer was all over the place. Rang John and he came within 11/2 hours. took 2 hours to put me on right track. Nothing was too much trouble and every question answered without fuss and in plain English. I would highly recommend John if you have any problems.. Am very pleased I found him

I was have a lp top melt down i run a small Garden tree service . i was doing invoices and bang lap top crashed .Found john number he was on the phone for over a hr trying to help me it was late at sat night , he had my old lap top in and sorted it al out , also sourced me a super fast 2nd hand lap top to , he never charged me for the Saturday phone help cam to my home a charge of a cup of Coffee , What a super Guy , Fantastic service , any problems with your PC LAP TOPS CONTACT JOHN NOW .
