I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received from Cooper Associates, Carla and the rest of the team have been friendly, helpful and very responsive to every query making us feel that nothing is too much trouble. If only every business was run in such an efficient manner the world would be a better place!! Happily going to recommend Coopers to all our friends and family, cannot fault them at all! Thank you!

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but being a first time buyer the thought and process of getting a mortgage was very daunting. My friend recommended I ask Will Crane at Cooper Associates for advice and help. I wanted to thank Will for his advice and patience when dealing with my mortgage. Will was always happy to help and available and he even managed to find me a mortgage where I could borrow more than I thought would be possible. Big thanks to Will for your help- I'm now very settled in my new home.

My mortgage advisor was Ollie Strong and I cannot recommend him enough. From our initial call, to the mortgage being accepted he was there to answer any questions or queries, and I was always surprised at how prompt he was in replying. Being new to this process it was delightful to have someone so kind and outgoing, as Ollie was able to take the stress away from the mortgage process. Ollie was able to check multiple mortgage providers to ensure I received the best mortgage for me, which I was very grateful for. Thank you Ollie!

Shannon and Graham were absolutely outstanding! They did absolutely everything they could for our remortgage, nothing was to much trouble and they were always at the end of the phone or email if we had any questions! They kept us up to date every step of the way and we truly felt throughly looked after and supported the whole way through the process!
Can not recommend them enough! Will never use a different first for any future mortgages!

We worked with Tom at Cooper Associates in obtaining our new mortgage offer, after previous disappointment elsewhere due to some complexities in our application. Tom acted quickly in finding us a new lender and remained diligent throughout the process. Tom was a pleasure to work with, he set our minds at ease quickly with his wealth of knowledge. The entire process has been a breeze thanks to Tom, and we will certainly remain returning customers. Could not have asked for better service through the process.

Just great, from the first point of contact all the way through to completion, Jacob the adviser who looked after us was brilliant, initially Jake found us his best deal, another company we were dealing with said they had a better deal, they were wrong! the deal via Cooper's over the term was cheaper and also with a better provider, Jake had superb knowledge of the market, we have sever phone calls and teams calls which were all very professional and made us feel relaxed and safe in the knowledge we were in good hands, our mortgage was secured with Jake doing all of the running around, once Jake had done his bit we were passed over to other members of the team to finalise the deal, all were great, then literally a couple of days ago when we picked up the keys, Jake called to say his, ask if we needed anything and that he would be there if we did,
we just could not be any happier,

We recently got our first mortgage for our first house with Sam and he was amazing.
