Every module is a great learning and can be used 1 to 1 in practice. Happy to recommend this course to every board member and becoming board members.

A real insight into how a board should work

Although I have some basic knowledge before starting the course, I still find it very interesting as it helps me to explore some seem-to-be familiar topics with a very thoroughful view points. If I have more time, I am sure that I will be sunk in so amazing things I would like to learn. So, it will depend on each person, the more time and dedication you spend on this course, the more interesting things you can absorb. That's the exceptional value the course provides you.

The course is very well structured and superbly supported.
I did the part time version and there was a lot of material and topics to cover. It has really help me get a different view on managing companies and ability to see the red flag and ask good questions.
I would definitely recommend the course.

The course is easy to follow and understand. The delivery methods are excellent. As a NED I can relate many topics and materials with my real life experience, which indicates the course is well customized to help ones to become an effective NED.

I recently completed the CGI's Corporate Governance diploma. I found this experience extremely rewarding. The course exposed me and my cohort to leading minds in Corporate Governance whose experience and passion made it engaging and extremely informative. I appreciated the combination of theory with practical advice drawing from contemporary case studies which helped to illustrate the many challenges facing leaders in business today. Having successfully completed this course, I feel well equipped to bring value and insight to the Boards I will serve, as well as within my own business. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to gain a credible, internationally recognised certification in Corporate Governance.

I have participated in the ESG course. It has given me lot of new knowledge about the history, terminology, planning and implementation of ESG and basic structural thinking within the subject. The course is intense and the tests are thorough and requires good preparation. The materials are well prepared and provides plenty of information and reading. I recommend this course to any professional who would like to have a thorough understanding how to integrate ESG into an organisation's everyday life. And thank you to Ben Belazi and the Corporate Governance Team for excellent customer support, introducing me and guiding me through the course!

I have completed the ESG overview course. which met my expectations. The course enabled me to access information in a clear, succinct and easy to follow way. Additionally, I consider that the information available is relevant to understanding what ESG is, what it is about and to start building our thinking and approach on the topic.

I have attended a Corporate governance course recently . Not only I had excellent professors but also the other attendees came from very different backgrounds and with tons of experience which we could cross fertilize.
The institute was also very helpful and came my way when I requested an extension of time to take the exams due to personal strenuous circumstances.
I recommend also the periodic seminars they held from time to time

I opted for the self-paced study method which I found helpful to work around my other commitments.

The methodology used is varied and caters for different learning styles and preferences which helped to keep me engaged and interested. Sessions were well structured with verbal inputs, visual aids, tasks to complete and follow up questions to test learning formatively and summatively through case study challenges. Each module has take away reference and resource material so CGI can't really offer any more support to enable candidates to pass the course.

Having the assessments split in to three was also helpful as this allowed learning to be tested without being overloaded.

My only slight negative (based entirely on individual preference) was the lack of physically taught option rather than online as I would have preferred to attend a course and be taught in person but I appreciate the costs and logistics involved may not be popular with other learners or impractical to do. The faculty members were obviously extremely knowledgeable so it would have been great to be able to explore that in a physical course setting as well as network with other students with different experience and backgrounds.

Overall, I am very happy with the Diploma course and equally happy with my new qualification which has earned me a place in the "less than 1% club" ;)

This course was a perfect combination of theory and practice. It takes you through the theoretical aspects of ESG and simultaneously shows you how can they be applied in practice through the use of industry examples. This course is well suited even for those who do not have an in depth grasp of ESG.

Very informative ESG course, excellent for C-suite. Highly recommended for SB members.

This should be mandatory to all C-Suite Executives and their direct reports. You'd be surprised how much we trample over common sense Governance guidelines on our daily lives.

The ESG course was very informative, engaging, well-structured and very up to date. I enjoyed the ESG journey and the learning process. The educational materials were quite understandable introducing me in ESG meanings and abundance of concepts and the additional readings and videos were impressive. I liked also the online and my own pace. The CGI was very supportive during my learning journey answering my query clarifying demanding concepts. I would strongly recommend this course for introduction and improvement skills on ESG.

Thoroughly enjoyed the ESG diploma course. The materials were very current and the additional reading list is expansive. Strong module on Governance. Very useful signposting to key ESG standards organisations we all need to know about. Liked the online learning methodology so I could learn at my own pace. Highly recommend this course.

CGI provides an outstanding accredited platform for certifying professionals in corporate governance and related topics. Excellent thought leadership is produced and a community network of practitioners is well maintained with a steady flow of online learning webinars available.

The material was very relevant and up to date, the facilitators were very experienced and credible and the learning experience was very well thought out. It was great to be able to complete it in my own time.
