We received our wonderful order today, it was a day late, but you kindly informed us about the delay. It was worth the wait. We have just tried the leek and cheese scotch eggs, OMG! They are the best I've ever tasted, normally scotch eggs don't agree with me, they were amazing, the leek and cheese was such a strong flavour, yet the texture was lovely and light. Well worth it. The 4lb customised pork pie looks divine, we haven't tried it yet, but it looks stunning. We will definitely be buying more food. Superb quality. Thank you so much. We are chuffed!

i saw ad on internet and thought i would try pork pies - i like pork pies but most of what you buy in shop is either too salty or to greasy - those pork pies were excellent - my partner whose not a pie person thought they were very good - one downer was the stilton on top was a bit strong and took away from the pie taste

Lots to choose in the shop
The shop is well stocked, everything is clearly displayed. We had the game pie which was delicious. I cooked the diced chicken in the oven with a few herbs. The chicken was fresh and succulent. Haven't tasted chicken like it for a long time. The staff were friendly and gave lots of information. I will be back for more . I'm cooking the pork today Feb 1st, looking forward to the crackling.

Tasty Mystery Meaty Pie
Not being a fan of most Christmas food, I'd had a hankering to try game pie for some years but it seems to have disappeared from most butcher's and supermarket deli counters. I was going to make my own this year but was let down by the butcher who said he could supply the game so a friend ordered this one for me. Arrived in time for New Year, the smell was delicious, tasted even better. I would love to know what was in it besides meat; definitely some fruit but couldn't decide if it was orange, peach or mango!
