Hi Christopher,

We’re sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. As a small business, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, typically within 3–4 business days. Occasionally, processing may extend by a day or two depending on order volume.

When you contacted us regarding your order, we addressed your concern and issued a refund.

We completely understand your frustration with the shipping timeframe and respect your right to share your experience. However, we do want to clarify for anyone reading that Cozy Clozet is a legitimate small business that has successfully processed more than 18,000 customer orders. We are incredibly grateful for the many customers who continue to shop with us.

We appreciate your previous support of our business and wish you the best.
