The Crystal Company レビュー

The jewelry collection I encountered surpassed all expectations with its exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Not only did the pieces exude timeless elegance, but the fast delivery ensured a delightful shopping experience from start to finish.

Easy website to navigate, very prompt delivery and delighted with quality of crystals & ceremonial cacao. Arrived beautifully packaged and a thoughtful gift of an incense stick.

I’m new to crystals and happened to come across Crystal Company by chance.
I’m so glad I did.
Website is user friendly, the description of each crystal and their benefits is clear.
The crystals are beautiful!
You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the entire process.
I can’t wait to purchase more and develop my knowledge

The quality & professionalism of your company and customer service

Mainly, I just love the variety of crystals and their meanings. I really feel them. I've bought several items now, and everything I now own is of SUCH great quality and I carry my crystals everywhere and wear my bracelets every single day. On top of that, customer service is just incredible, both via email and on social media. I will always be a loyal customer!

The quality of the crystals is like no other! I ordered an Orca Agate Freeform and she is a chonk. Every part of the experience was so easy and you can just tell Alex and Terry put so much love and care into what they do. Even just the small details like the crystal cards in the packaging, the little freebies and the scent sprayed inside the box. It must take an age to fulfil everyone’s orders and yet they still have time to do things like this. My new favourite crystal shop!

The crystals are stunning and the service was amazing. I couldn’t find one of my crystals and I emailed, they replied pretty much straight away helping me and I ended up finding it amongst the peanut packaging. I’m in love with the crystals.

Beautiful black tourmaline, packaged really nice with incense. Very happy with purchase.

All my crystals were really well packaged and included crystal cards too which many other places do not bother with. Website was easy to navigate with as well. Really happy!

Just as described... Thankyou do much. Lovely stone 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Crystal Company has quickly become my favorite and most trusted source to purchase crystals from. Incredible quality and great prices, plus every once in awhile I get a freebie crystal or some incense (which smells amazing). I live in the US, and even with international shipping costs it is more than worth it to purchase here. The ethics that The Crystal Company abides by also has ensured my trust in them and the crystals I'm buying. Super responsive if you have questions or issues with your order as well, no complaints whatsoever!!

I recently purchased a piece of jewelry from this shop and was impressed not only by the quality of the item but also by the excellent customer service I received throughout the entire process, making it a truly enjoyable shopping experience.

My no1 place for crystals. Everything I have ever bought has been top quality and full of beautiful energy, as well as being fantastically packed. Alex and Terry are always so helpful and their customer service is the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

The crystal company will be my go to for my crystal purchases from now on! They are just fab! The lives are so incredible to watch and the crystals are just so magical when they arrive! Quick delivery, amazing packaging just fantastic! Thank you xx
