The CV Bee レビュー

I worked with Suzie following a redundancy, receiving a mixture of coaching and CV support. The exercises and coaching really helped to improve my confidence and allowed me to reflect deeply on my values and competencies. The CV support highlighted my skills and achievements beautifully putting me in a much stronger position to secure more interviews and move forward with intention.
I felt truly listened to and was grateful for Suzie's support and championing. Her knowledge, network and expertise shine through and I highly recommend working with her.

Working with Suzie was honestly one of the best decisions I made during my search for a new role, especially while trying to navigate a move to a new country at the same time. I originally thought I just needed help polishing my CV, but what I got was so much more. Yes, she crafted a phenomenal CV that truly captured the breadth of my experience, but the coaching she gave me went far beyond that.

She pushed me in all the right ways and helped me see the value in my own achievements. She gave me genuine belief in myself at a time when I really needed it. Her guidance was practical, sharp and rooted in real experience, yet also incredibly personal. It played a huge part in helping me secure my new role, and I genuinely don’t think I’d be in this position without her.

If you’re looking for someone who can not only elevate your CV but also coach you to step into your next chapter with confidence, Suzie is exceptional. Truly invaluable support.

I recently worked with Suzie and would thoroughly recommend her as a person, leader and the services she offers. Suzie provided outstanding technical and coaching support in developing my CV and LinkedIn profile, as well as broader career thinking.

It was a pleasure to work with Suzie throughout the entire experience. She is intuitive and knowledgeable, consistently tailoring her support to my individual needs. We have remained in contact, and she has continued to provide ongoing support well beyond the services I initially paid for.

I strongly recommend working with Suzie. At the very least, I suggest subscribing to her weekly "Sunday Shift" email, which offers short, sharp, and useful practical pointers and thought pieces.

Before I began working with Suzie, I felt stuck and overwhelmed with my CV and LinkedIn profile. I was procrastinating and lacked confidence in my skills, unsure of how to position myself or where to start.

I truly enjoyed working with Suzie. Her energy, knowledge, and perspective were invaluable. She made me feel completely at ease, helped me uncover points I hadn’t considered, and provided numerous helpful hints and tips.

I’ve never worked with someone on my CV and LinkedIn who was as passionate and invested as Suzie. She is committed and truly focuses on helping you realise your full potential. She helped me recognise my value and showed me how I had underestimated my achievements and skills.

I now have a CV and LinkedIn profile that I am proud of and feel confident in, along with invaluable tips for job searching, interview strategies, and navigating LinkedIn.

Thank you, Suzie

I had the privilege of working with Suzie during a pivotal time in my career, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience and how amazing she is as a coach and as a person. From our very first conversation, she brought clarity, structure, and unwavering support to my career transition journey. Suzie has an incredible ability to truly listen, ask the right questions, and provide both practical tools and much needed emotional support and encouragement.
What also helped massively was that Suzie was always accessible and genuinely invested in my progress - not only she would check in with me often but also was available to support with any questions I would have - really a great coach to work with. Can't thank her enough for her professionalism and expertise that led me to my dream job!

I worked with Suzie as I was pivoting from self-employment to employment. A big shift and change after 5 years working for myself. I also have a background in HR, Coaching and Recruitment, but sometimes it's very difficult to read the label when you are in the bottle!

Working with Suzie was brilliant. She got it, understood my motivations for change and was able to work pure magic on teasing out my skills and strengths so that my CV and profile shouted from the roof tops what I was capable of!

I felt like I had a cheerleader along the way and Suzie was generous with her time, expertise and own network as I navigated various different opportunities.

Working with Suzie gave me the confidence to feel proud of my CV and profile and enabled me to make job applications and introductions with a lot more self belief and ease.

It was a worth every penny!

Having followed Suzie on LinkedIn for a while her posts have always resonated. Then having watched her collaborative videos with industry experts appreciated her holistic approach to guiding her audience through an important transition.
Reassuringly on hand with practical pointers and empowering supportive real talk -Suzie just "gets it"

Friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Working with Suzie to revamp my CV was a great experience and resulted in an excellent CV to help me find my next role.

I was naturally anxious about starting a job search for the first time in decades. I knew my CV and LinkedIn profile definitely needed a refresh but didn't know where to start. Some services I looked at seemed impersonal, adopting a cookie cutter approach that didn't really work for me. The CV Bee provides a very person centred service focused on individual needs and my CV and LinkedIn profiles are all the better for it.

Working with Suzie at CV Bee is an incredibly useful thing to do if you want honest, insightful and impactful feedback on how to improve your CV as well as your marketability. Suzie gives positive, constructive and actionable suggestions for improvement. I would highly recommend.

At a cross roads in my career, I needed help to present both what I had done, and how. Suzie listened and asked loads of great questions which helped her rewrite my CV to present what I had actually done in order to achieve my career outcomes. When I first read it I was blown away that I had actually delivered these things - I’d have struggled to write so confidently about myself! Aside from articulating my achievements, she really captured the essence of me in a way that was impactful, personable and authentic.

I’ve recently used my CV as part of my introduction to working with a professional coach, as I am mid way through a career transition. My coach was also hugely complementary about how much it genuinely reflected me and helped to accelerate our conversation.

Suzie has a way with words but asks brilliant questions to really understand her subject. I’ve recommended her to many friends and colleagues.

Suzie was recommended to me by a career coach - I was told she was great but she was no less than brilliant! I signed up for the 45 minute review and could not help but be a little sceptical that it might be a one-size-fits-all conversation but Suzie is a great listener, thinks fast, and has the emotional intelligence needed to understand your unique story and what you need your CV to say about you. The session was both informative and fun and I would not hesitate to recommend Suzie to other people whose CV needs a revamp. I felt so much more confident about sending out my CV speculatively after our session - surely that says it all!

Before I decided to go with Suzie I looked at other CV writing services. But Suzie got it straight away. Even in our initial conversation, after I sent her everything, she was able to simultaneously put me at ease and provide me with a good analysis.

Working with her was effortless and effective.
She provided me not just with a CV but also with some useful, practical pointers for my search.

The CV she built and the work she did woth me was not just for future or potential employers, but also for me and my professional self.

Suzie was generous with her time and wisdom. I cannot praise working with her enough.

Suzie helped me review my career and achievements ahead of making a decision about voluntary redundancy.

With Suzie's expertise my CV was in much better shape so I was ready to take the plunge and go out into the job market - far more confidently than I would have been without her support.

I am approaching another decision in my career, and of course have again reached out to Suzie for her help, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you!

Suzie is brilliant - I cannot recommend her services and business enough.

Her LinkedIN content drew me to her business and her brilliant early communication sealed the deal.

Our fact finding session was smooth and she asked all the right questions to prompt me to give the answers that make me and my experience stand. It was a fun and relaxed chat and she put me at ease.

Whilst I am a freelancer and needed a 'different' style of a CV than a employed candidate, Suzie both understand my needs and was able to adapt the solution.

She stuck to the agreed timelines and kept me informed throughout.

When the final product arrived, I was blown away. A comms person should be able to write a CV but there is no way I could produce what she did. My new freelance CV is brilliant, exactly what I needed and has already opened doors - I am blown away with the end result and the whole process.

I'd pay twice if I could ;-)

If you need a CV and support on your career journey then Suzie and the CV Bee are the first and only place to start.

100% recommend!

I cant recomend Suzies services enough. Suzie put a lot of time and care into getting my CV right. I'm very happy with the result.

We engaged Suzie at The CV Bee to develop professional CVs and biographies for our team. As a new business, these documents are essential for securing new clients and showcasing our expertise. Suzie effectively captured our experience and industry knowledge, significantly enhancing our reputation and brand. I highly recommend her services.

I highly recommend Suzie, also known as "The CV Bee," for her exceptional CV writing and LinkedIn masterclasses for our residents. We have worked with Suzie previously, and every session has been informative, supportive, and tailored to improving each individual's CV skills.

Suzie's insights, guidance, and tips are invaluable for anyone preparing for their career journey. Whether you're looking to improve your LinkedIn presence or aiming for your dream role, Suzie's expertise will help get you there!

Thanks again Suzie!

Suzie did CVs / profiles for our whole team. Everyone in the team suddenly found new confidence in themselves, their abilities and being able to talk about their own experiences.

Working with Susie, is not just about the CV that you're going to put in front of a prospective employer / client, it's recognising your own journey.

Highly recommended!

Suzie has a talent for taking the words you have said and rearranging them so that when you read your CV, your first thought is - "wow I didn't realise I was that good!!"

Her approach to updating my CV has resulted in so much more than just an updated CV - it has increased my confidence in my abilities, helped me contextualise all my roles and achievements, and also has helped me crystallise my thinking around what I want for the future.

I've already had extremely positive feedback on my CV and Suzie has helped me to understand how best to tailor my CV depending on the role, company or opportunity.
