Brilliant service from start to finish. Really liked the way Jane took the time to understand my work history, my career highlights and where I envision myself in the future in the initial meeting before working on my CV. As I am having a change in career, I appreciated how Jane spotted transferable skills that I had not considered for my future career. Communication throughout was brilliant, and Jane was easily approachable, I felt extremely comfortable to query parts of my CV and ask for additional parts to be added. I really appreciated how Jane explained the rational for sections I asked about and helped me understand factors a recruiter would look at as well as explaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Fell into this company only because of their positive reviews and after spending £180 and waiting for 21 days haven’t even fully got what I ask for , instead got a disappointing cv with many basic mistakes.

Following an inital call with Lynn I was sent my updated CV and details on updating LinkedIn. I haven't updated my CV format for 15 years, so this was really needed.

Lynn was very professional and helpful. Immediately after the booking, Lynn requested different documents and information to help her get an idea of what I did in the past and what I am looking for. Right from the start, I noticed her professional and thoughtful approach.
This was followed by a detailed, approx. 1-hour interview about my career, responsibilities and successes.
