The survey was arranged quickly, the report was very detailed and thorough, and was sent over only two days after the inspection was completed. I then had a follow up call with Anthony, who carried out the survey, who offered even more advice and just seems like a really nice guy in general. Again, the follow up call was arranged very promptly. Glad I went with this company and would highly recommend them.

Bianca was incredibly helpful and communicative. Her report was clear and comprehensive and she was more than happy to spend time speaking to me to answer some follow-up questions I had. I would readily use her services again.

I had instructed Bianca for a damp survey for my property and I can positively say Bianca was very accommodating , patient and flexible towards my queries. Really impressed by the damp report, and definitely my go to damp specialist going forward. Bianca was excellent on all fronts: professional, quick, good communication, showed strong expertise/knowledge. The inspection was thorough and taught me things about the property that I didn’t anticipate or learn from my other building inspections, the explanations were good and clarified the likely causes of damp and ways to address them. The report was received 48h after the inspection. Bianca even made significant efforts to reach and assess areas that I didn’t expect to be covered (behind certain furniture, good reach from the Velux for the roof, below floor boards using existing trapdoor etc).
Quote was also cheaper than the other top specialists I had shortlisted for this inspection. Perfect 10/10 from me, definitely recommended.

We had a full survey carried out with regard to a damp problem. Bianca was efficient and communicated clearly on site and her report was soon received and was easy to read and very comprehensive.

I arranged a damp and condensation survey with The Damp Specialist Company and was very happy with the service provided.
The report was detailed and easy to understand. It clearly distinguished between condensation-related issues and penetrating damp, and set out the appropriate remedial works for each.
Anthony took the time to explain the findings to me over the phone, which I really appreciated. He answered follow-up questions patiently and clearly, without being dismissive, and gave practical, realistic advice, including explaining which potential measures would or would not be effective in this particular property. The advice was professional and focused on workable solutions rather than unnecessary or impractical interventions.
Overall, the survey and guidance helped identify the real causes of problems that had been difficult to diagnose and resolve for a long time.

Bianca and our Surveyor Anthony provided an exceptional level of service to us. Easy to set up appointment. Quick responses. But critically, an exceptionally through and detailed assessment of our house to really understand a Building Survey opinion, and to break it down into exactly what the issue is, and what action is needed. In this case they proved using evidence and expertise that there was no issue. Damp is a confusing topic that they made simple and allowed us to cut through alot of the mis information and bad selling out there. Anthony spent 3 hours with us and went over and beyond. He was patient with us and really educated us on the topic. He was incredibly knowledgeable/ I would thoroughly recommend them to buyers, sellers and estate agents if you want the truth.

Great communication, prompt service and a really clear report. Anthony quickly identified the reason for our damp problem (a water leak behind a kitchen unit). We were provided with a comprehensive report which has supported our insurance claim.

Following a hidden leak from my toilet, Bianca was able to help us ascertain how far the damage had spread, and formulate the appropriate strip out and drying programme. She has been responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
