There was no sense of being rushed or pushed into making a decision, which made a huge difference. Instead, the team took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question patiently, and offered genuine, helpful advice.

What stood out most was the level of support throughout the entire process from James and Ray. Every step was clearly explained, from exploring different options to finalising the purchase, and I always felt fully informed and in control. There was a real sense that they cared about making sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision, rather than just making a sale.

As usual, amazing service from James and the team. My newly bought Hyundai i10 (from the Dealership) had a warning light and was making a terrible beeping noise. I called James to ask if there was anything they could do to help me. Without hesitation he said to bring it in and they’d have a look for me. James said to leave it with him and he’d sort it free of charge. It was a failure in the water pump. James got it fixed as soon as he could (there was trouble getting hold of the part at first) but they sorted it asap. Very satisfied with the service. Can always rely on the team to do a great job. Efficient, kind, caring and attentive, couldn’t recommend more!

I dont normally write reviews on anything but ive had too for this! From buying my car in October James and his team couldn't of been more helpful and friendly! The after care was also unmatched i had an issue with the car which was under thier warranty and they were straight on the case! Constant communication and reassurance with James was a big weight off my shoulders and i felt like I was in good hands with the whole team cant recommend the dealership enough! They all love what they do and it shows

Rare to find a salesman like James these days! Best car dealership there is!!! James and Ray are the most honest, ttansparent, friendly and helpful car sales people. They were not pushy at all. Nothing is too much trouble and communication is second to none. I would not hesitate in buying a car from them in the furure (and I live over 2.5hrs away), or recommending them to friends and family. I had a great experience with James - he went above and beyond to send through any paperwork I asked for via message before I came to see the car. On the day, James was great - gave us the keys and left us to have a look around and test drive, but was on hand to answer any questions! We put down a deposit on the same day. Looking for a new car for my daughter who’s recently passed her test. Visited The Dealership who were immediately friendly, not pushy in any way, helpful, honest, James is great. Answered all my questions quickly, now my daughter is the proud owner of a snazzy Corsa which she loves. Would definitely recommend

Their website says “by appointment,” so I called to book a test drive for a car I was ready to buy the same day. Not long after, they rang back to say the car had been sold. It sums up the worst of second‑hand car sales. What’s the point of appointments if they don’t honour them? Very disappointed.

Had a really positive experience with this dealership. I called and arranged to see the car the same day, The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly.
They insured me so I could take the car a test drive, which was great. I was so pleased that I came back the next day and bought it. Highly recommend!

I visited The Dealership with my husband and daughter having seen a car I liked online. We were immediately entrusted with the keys and given space to look around, test drive and talk privately. The car was exactly as it had been advertised, and if anything exceeded our expectations.

Every member of the team that we encountered were welcoming and friendly. No pushy sales tactics just approachable and helpful.
