First year was great little did I no their was a threshold in place I must of missed reading it in the terms and conditions and only realised this on the second year when I got an email explaining that I can’t make anything over X amount net pay otherwise I have to give half of it to the company each month. This put me in a bad situation with the cost of living going through the roof and moving home the iva then didn’t become helpful to cut down my monthly costs it became a burden as it prevented me working overtime to provide for my family in these difficult cost of living times as I would of had to give 50% of it away
So I had to get this settlement sorted ASAP

In all honesty if I knew about the threshold I would of chosen another company

But apart from the threshold the full team was always helpful and really helped me in my first year massively

I would recommend the company to others but make them aware of the threshold as changing jobs for a better salary then becomes difficult to have a balanced life with this rule in the contract

Overall it’s been very helpful but the threshold was the only downfall

Thank you for your service and I’m really happy it’s now over and I can be debt free :)
