The Digital Maze レビュー

The Digital Maze designed and developed our new website, and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air. After struggling with a Magento website for years, we were genuinely blown away by how easy and straightforward everything could be, or at least how easy the team made it seem!

The team is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to deliver every little quirk and piece of functionality we needed. The project management throughout was exceptional, with regular meetings, quick responses and clear updates at every stage.

We couldn’t be happier with the result and would choose The Digital Maze again for any future projects.

We have been working with The Digital Maze for the past 12 months and have seen significant growth in our WooCommerce sales, alongside improvements in our Google visibility and domain authority. Throughout this time, the team has provided excellent advice, guidance and account management.
We would have no hesitation in recommending The Digital Maze to any business looking for a knowledgeable, proactive and results-driven digital marketing partner. Their expertise and support have made a real difference to our business.

We had an absolutely amazing experience partnering with The Digital Maze on our site build. All of our products are incredibly complex and the old site was bloated with disorganized content. The team worked very closely with us and were very understanding to our needs. We fully recommend the team and look forward to engaging with them in the future. 5 out of 5!

Our Marketing Team have recently completed SEO training with Helen from The Digital Maze. We have undergone 4 modules bi monthly and they have absolutely elevated how we look at our websites and optimise them for SEO.

Thank you for all your help and support!

Our marketing team completed 4 modules of SEO training with Helen and it has really transformed the way we do SEO in-house. Highly recommend!

We engaged Digital Maze to help us with a 3 month project and they delivered beyond expectations.

Neil and Becky went above and beyond, not only delivering against the project scope but also providing a clear strategy for the remainder of the year, along with detailed audits and valuable content recommendations.

Becky was our main point of contact and was an outstanding project and account manager throughout. She kept everything running smoothly, communicated clearly, provided content feedback and was a pleasure to work with.

Neil delivered a thorough technical audit that was well-structured, actionable, and easy for our engineering team to implement quickly and efficiently.

Working with both Becky and Neil was an absolute pleasure. I would highly recommend working with Digital Maze.

From my first interaction with The Digital Maze, I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and approach. There was no pushy sales pitch or pressure, just honest, transparent conversations about what they could deliver. They took the time to understand our needs, requirements, and pain points, ensuring the training would be fully tailored to our organisation.

The training itself struck the perfect balance between theory and practical application. It was delivered at a pace that suited everyone in the room, with real-life examples directly relevant to our business. The session felt structured, insightful, and immediately actionable.

Overall, a highly valuable experience that I’d confidently recommend to any marketing team looking to strengthen their Google Ads capability.

Fantastic company to deal with. We've been with them for some time now and they've enabled us to go from strength to strength.

Working with the folks at The Digital Maze was very easy and helpful. I found James's work to be really impressive and well considered.

We needed a little bit of rework to be done with regards to our audit, and the team was happy to work with us.

The Team here are always responsive and helpful. They try to learn as much as they can about your business to help with a more focused insight for their proposals and actions. They also often apply common sense which isn't that common these days.

We approached TDM to create us a new group website to integrate all four of our group solutions. As a business we were looking to strengthen our group brand with new messaging, furthermore to have a robust website that allowed better leverage of our solutions for cross sell/upsell purposes. From the outset, TDM raised the bar! From their professional pitch, to design and the excellent project management from Josie and Hannah, we couldn't have asked for more. We now have access to a fantastic website that not only looks good, but provides the scalability for future growth as we expand our solution offering.

The webinar was informative and engaging - hosts were receptive to questions and each presentation was clear and interesting. I plan on joining future webinars as I did gain valuable info from this one.

We commissioned TDM to create a brand new B2B website, with the goal of driving understanding of our brand offerings, and increasing new business leads.

It was a complex task to understand 6 different brands within one clear look and feel, but the design process felt as if you were talking to that of your own team. They understood the complexities and accommodated them, looking to provide solutions, not refusal. Josie and the team helped shape it in a way that meant it never felt unmanageable.

The site itself is great, utilising Wordpress but with their own integration that enables it to feel easy to use, update, and integrate with other systems. It feels nimble and easy to adjust through the consistent web dev package. Josh has been brilliant in taking our business needs and looking at ways to develop it/ add in additional features, colour-ways, and fix any issues that have arisen.

All of this work was done in a quick timeframe, where again they were accommodating to making things happen as quickly as they could. I am very happy with the results so far, as we continue to build the new business development side of the site, and look forward to continuing the working relationship with TDM.

We have worked with the Digital Maze for many years and have built a fantastic relationship with them. They oversee our SEO, PPC and website development. TDM have undertaken some huge projects for us over the years. Each project, big or small is completed with excellent communication and a can do attitude. We have regular meetings and daily contact from our team at TDM. I would recommend working with them wholeheartedly.

Great service, communication and reliability. We've worked with the TDM team for a number of years now, on a technically complex and business critical ordering site and their support and attitude is second to none. Would reccomend to anyone (and do!).

Absolutely shocking service, an inability to follow client instruction when creating the most basic web site. Painfully slow.
Be wary of price gouging.

Axiomatic Technology approached TDM to work with us on building a much needed new website. They really impressed us with the work they put in before getting the contract, understanding our needs and what we could improve upon to get the best result. As this was a big investment for us, we needed to be confident that we'd chosen the right partner and we felt this from the beginning with TDM.

The designs they came up answered our brief brilliantly and they have supported us throughout the whole process, being responsive to ideas and requests for help

Hannah and Josie looked after us during the build and helped me get to grips with using the website, answering endless questions!

I would not hesitate to recommend the team at The Digital Maze.

we spent 25,000 pounds with digital marketing ina 6 moth period, a total waste of money and time
company did not undertsand our goals of sales and was very happy to keep charging us monthly

a brilliant comment by there financial director

we were making good progress towards growth before the cancellation.

if digital marketing actually had been looking at the data it was obvious that from the customer point of view this was a total

overall a huge mistake and waste of money

I made the mistake of choosing Frogspark now part of Digital Maze to build us a Wordpress site in 2020. Cost of the build was £6,700 + vat. I summarise the reasons for the poor review below:

1. Not e-commerce friendly
The customer process was slowed down, from adding loading pages to adding up to 20 steps in the customer checkout process. On launching this site our conversation dropped by more than 30%.

2. Slow site / Plugin bloat
It took up to 15 seconds to load our site on older devices. The site was built with modern mobiles and Apple products in mind. The site was launched with 52 plug-ins bloating our site and slowing it down. We regularly experienced bugs with plugin conflicts causing issues with payment handling, and customers being unable to add products to the cart. At the outset of the project we were assured that everything would be coded and they wouldn’t rely heavily on plugins.

3. Poor Project Management
It’s no exaggeration to say that Frogspark delayed the launch of the site more than 30 times over the course of six months. They would regularly claim to have done updates, that when checked simply hadn’t been done. They were careless implementing their own design, so I needed to micromanage their mistakes and inconsistencies with their own design. We’ve discovered careless mistakes like the cookie consent code being inserted twice, causing customers to have to close the request twice.

It should be noted that as soon as the last invoice was paid, we spent another six months post launch chasing them to fix things they said they’d fix in their own work, all part of the original project. They never took or return my calls, and were slow to respond on email communication. This is not what you need from an IT company.

We’ve spent thousands of pounds since launching on conversion rate optimisation and site speed optimisation and developers have discovered many careless mistakes in the code in the process.
