The still itself was great, however I did not receive the heating element I ordered or the “free” gallon still for spending x amount of money. After reaching out to the company a week or so ago about my concerns I have heard nothing back

Everything went pretty well as far as scrolling the website, ordering the product, price and quality of merchandise. Didn't care for the only way to communicate was thru text. Made it difficult to get answers to my questions. I'm old and prefer to talk on the phone. Would not hesitate to use this company again!

I ordered a complete 20 gallon electric still. Shipping took longer than the promised 10 days after ordering. To this day, 5/20/25, I still have not received the electric heating unit. The company claims to produce high quality work but the soldering looks more the a 5 year old did the soldering. I had to contact the owner numerous times via phone calls, text and email and still have not received all of my order. Today makes 2 months since I made my order. I am completely dissatisfied with their product and with the owner.

Very helpful and friendly to a new customer. Received product quickly and was very impressed with the quality and the craftsmanship. Would highly recommend this company
