Quick and friendly assistance with my question.

On surface, seemed good. However when I was about to pay for lifetime subscription, I noticed they added 21% Tax to the final amount. Not cool and was not indicated anywhere on their site. So, I submitted an online chat query, which they haven't replied for over an hour. During that time I researched and found very bad reviews about their authenticity and potential issues with outdated software, so I have decided not to purchase it at all, rather going with Elegant Themes and purchasing direct from developers. Thanks to all who submitted their raw reviews - it helped me greatly!

Firmenadresse in Malta, kein Impressum, verkaufen Themes und Plugin der 'Kunkurenz' und werben öffentliche mit den Logos und Angeboten der 'Konkurenz' auf der eigenen Seite um das 'Angebot' attraktiver zu machen.

This company is not legitimate. Do not waste your money.

I was informed by one of the plugin authors that they are fraudulently reselling their plugin.

They do not provide plugin updates. They remove plugins from the collection with no notice.

They do not honor their refund policy.

Run by a guy who steals all major premium plugins and re-sells them for a fraction of the cost. He doesn't care for the original authors companies and the people behind them.

You're better of buying what you need from the original authors to avoid the potential risk of installing malware on your website.

Highly recommended for beginners and experienced users of Divi. Up-to-date, clean files and new products added quite frequently. Just a quick note: you DO need the Divi parent theme to use the products on this website.

A Divi plugin that was not available on this site is now available. A request and a quick response. Very happy!

To be honest, I was quite skeptical in the beginning, due to some critical reviews. But after chatting with customer service I've decided to sign up. With my creditcard, just to be safe. And let me tell you, I'm glad that I've signed up! Great selection of themes and plugins, and whenever I needed support, I received a quick and prompt solution. A lot of themes and plugins, it's crazy that you can get this for this prize. Everything works great, probably the best investment I made regarding my webdesign agency.

It is a good service with a large gallery of extensions and themes. If there is anything to draw attention to, the site is a bit slow and it can be a bit difficult to find what you are looking for at the start
