This company has been aweful to work with. They sell as if they're experts however expect to do a TON of work vs them actually being experts by industry. Besides the amt of back and forth this took for 6 months, the VSL is not performing at all. Ive asked for my $ back per their "Guarantee" in the contract. We'll see if they actually honor their word. I would not work with them unless they have proven results in your industry.

Had a really great call with this team and to be honest was skeptical because I see so many promises out there. It took about a week longer to implement but that was in us in getting them some information. The video they created and the support in launching it was more than I expected. In just two weeks we saw the improvement in our campaign performance that they predicted. Thank you all and I will recommend to others.

I was very excited to do a project with this company. The original price and timeline was reasonable. After a few delays on their end we finally got going. After a few revisions I was still not satisfied and they said any additional revisions were going to cost a lot more to get what I wanted. Normally, I would be ok with that except that a large portion of the process they billed me for (script writing) I did myself and gave to them. I asked if I could get a credit since I did not use their script writer. They refused. I then asked since we stopped in the middle of the process if I could get a partial refund for the work they did not do. Again they refused. So I paid them in full for work they did not do and was unable to get my money back or any of it. Would not recommend this company.

(Update: 21/March):
Despite renewed communication ads are continuing to fail to perform as promised - we are currently encountering 200% INCREASE in cost per lead after using their new ads (i.e. The Draw Shop's ad creatives are performing worse than what we were using previously)

Qualitatively, The Draw Shop presents some great-looking ads, however when initially working with them they've promised a 2x improvement in cost of leads for our business.

After working with them, the client success manager that I originally had has switched jobs within 3 months of working with them. Once the VSL was delivered, the new client success manager has a terrible set of availabilities - in order to communicate with them, you need to 'book a time' - except the times available are between 4am - 8am. A 4-hour block of availabilities on most days, at hours that probably don't suit most people. Also found the new client success manager to be much harder to work with than the previous one - which feels like a bait and switch.

The worst thing is that the ads with new creatives have actually performed worse than our original. I've tried getting them to solve, in which case they penned a list of suggested changes, where almost none makes sense to implement (and our current media buyers agree on this).

Hopefully they reach out after this and resolve this (in which case i'm more than happy to review this and readjust my rating), but otherwise would strongly recommend looking elsewhere - really shocking experience so far and has consumed a lot more of my time than originally budgeted which doesn't match what other people have been writing on here.

The Draw Shop delivered a quality final product and were a pleasure to work with. They were very patient with us as we plodded through decisions, wicked fast with deliverables, intuitive with their edits, and they stuck to their end of the bargain.

A couple things that might cause someone to have reservations:
1) We communicated through Basecamp instead of phone/video calls.
2) Cost seems to be on the higher side.

That being said, would definitely work with them again.

The process was smooth from start to finish, and the whole Draw Shop team really listed to and responded to our feedback throughout. The videos turned out wonderfully, and should be very helpful in our recruiting process.

I loved working with The Draw Shop.

We spend over $60k/mo-$90k/mo on ads so we needed a professional job done - they delivered in spades.

They are a well-oiled machine. Very methodical. GREAT communication. Fast, and most of all - they produce results!

They cut our appointment costs by over 30% at scale (reducing appointment cost is simple to do when you're only spending $100-$500/day. But trying doing it at high scale is hard).

I cannot recommend The Draw Shop enough.

Product seemed awesome. Staff was friendly. Pricing did not match the FAQs which was disappointing. Ultimately we have to go another direction for now due to pricing. Will consider you guys in the future.

We used The Draw Shop for our Solar Business to do something completely different than our competitors in order to standout from all the saturation in the industry and build trust with our customer base. The Draw Shop’s approach to bring in leads, appointments and sales was a breath of fresh air and not only did we generate appointments from the Video Marketing Funnel they did for us, those appts closed at an incredibly high ratio because of the quality of lead! We LOVE The Draw Shop and continue to use their services to this day! 10/10 recommend them. Their team is so helpful, cheerful, and eager to go above-and-beyond to see you successful.

What I really appreciate about this agency was the experience and integrity. From the first touch speaking with their sales team to working with my account manager and all the way through creating our videos with the talented team and then making sure that they performed as guaranteed was stellar. It’s something you just don’t find these days. We are now working on another set of videos and campaign for another business of ours. Not going to lie, they aren’t cheap and I had to convince my team to do it, but for us the ROI was an easy 10x on the investment.

Seriously, it's so nice working with "actual" pros! From my first conversation to completing our project, the process was organized, stree-free and on time. The communication was great and best of all, the deliverables exceeded my expectations! Even when I requested edits, they were quick to turn them around and were exactly what I was looking for (wasn't always clear with what I was "feeling"). I'm so happy that I now have them as a resource for the future! I can't recommend this company enough!
