DROPLET レビュー

Placed first order and money left my account on 3 September 2026. Promised delivery on 5 September...yet to arrive: it is now 16 September. Chat bot repeatedly promises to 'escalate' but does not respond to requests for updates. Droplet is however capable of certain communication: my email inbox is now full of their regular marketing emails. Absolutely dismal customer service and I will now have to invoke the charge back process. Infuriating and disappointing.

Love all the Houseplant range. I’ve bought it 3 times about to be a 4. Amazing products, incredible fragrances. Delivery is speedy too

Love the aroma! My house I addicted now

Was pleasantly surprised with my experience purchasing Droplet products. I purchased them on a whim not knowing much about the brand and not only did they ship fast, the scents are absolutely divine. They offer really high-quality products that elevate your home, combined with that small brand feel of clearly caring about the customer experience. I've been burning through my incense cones quickly and am excited to grab more/keep supporting them! I'm a fan!

LOVE the incense cones. The smoke is not too thick and it doesn’t overstay its welcome. I’ve tried most of the fragrances and they are all lovely. The little discs for burning also look nice on display. We started carrying the multi-packs at my shop in Brooklyn and they’re one of my favorite things to recommend!

Obsessed! Each scent is an incredible moment of calm and intention!

Whilst I received the first couple of orders without any issue - my two most recent orders have been a disaster. Full money taken, no goods received, promises from customer service they were on the way, still nothing and now just vague promises to look into it. "Peace and Love" might be the motto, but a little more focus on customer service and fulfilling orders for which full money had been taken for weeks ago might be more of a priority

I have been totally obsessed with Droplet since it was first launched and each release makes me love the collection even more.
I use the scent burner in my office when I work from home to help me focus during work with a 6 hour candle; it’s the perfect size and the quality of the glass ensures it is safe to keep burning.
My lounge has a mix of Houseplant scents depending on how I feel and visitors always comment on how wonderful my home smells 💕
Finally, Palo Santo has become part of my nightly ritual. 2 cones give me the right amount of time to relax, do my journaling and drift off dreaming I’m back on holidays in Mexico! Please, never discontinue it, Droplet Team 🙏🏽💫
Love each scent; keep up the great work!

Love everything about the product

Amazing scent oils, incense cones and diffusers fills the room with beautiful scents would highly recommend.

Best incense around. Only kind that doesn't give me a headache!

Regular customer, love these pyramids of joy. Use them to set my daily self care routines and to make my home smell grand.
Beautiful assortment of fragrances all amazingly good.

Great company, love the scents and range of formats

I am besotted with the Fig Leaf Reed Diffuser. My home smell gorgeous and the fragrance is downright sexy. I cannot count the times someone has said how lovely the place smells and ask what it is. The pretty bottle and chunky no nonsense reed look fabulous. I want a refill and am hoping Droplet will bring one out soon.

I ordered the wax tablets set and got a beautiful electric wax melter which gently glows - the whole set is totally classy. Of course I wanted I try the blackberry melt so ordered those - wonderful for my kitchen location especially as it’s recently been refurbed so is gorgeous anyways.. they arrived the day after ordering and smell brilliant. The whole thing is so classy - the melts themselves and packaging. No chintzy woo woo factor - just lovely and efficient service too.

Great product, design and scent.

Been a customer for almost a year now and honestly can't get enough. Started out with the houseplant incense drops (still my favourite) and recently added the reed diffuser and wax warmer to my collection. Everything smells gorgeous, the range keeps getting better, and it's just a really lovely little brand to support. Highly recommend if you're into cosy home vibes!
