Amazing product loved the make your own tiles and how you can see what it looks like before buying.
The tiles are amazing quality and the customer service has been over and above. Only slight criticism is stop getting influencers to tap their nails on them in your promo videos. It’s very annoying and cheapens your wonderful brand!

Absolutely great experience with this purchase (my second one) - ordered a tile as a gift and realised after completing the order that I hadn’t ordered the tile ‘stand’ - I got in touch and asked if it was possible to add that to my order so I didn’t have to pay a second delivery charge, I got a quick response saying that it wasn’t possible to add it to my order but I was provided with a code which gave me free delivery for the stand. Absolutely excellent customer service.

I am very happy with the tile I received today. My granddaughter will have a lovely keepsake of her and her first child. It is gorgeous.
