Delivery was quick which is a positive.

Two huge negatives though for me.

1: there was no batch date or bb date on any of the bottles. Iirc this is a legal requirement. It does say “use within 1 year of purchase” but that means nothing to me, as I know what the general life of a flavour concentrate is, hence why I need the batch date. This concentrate could be years old for all we know.

2: the 100ml bottle is unusable due to there being no spout/dropper, and it jus being a screw cap. So I now need to funnel it into a different bottle.

Every member of staff is so helpful and polite . The guys offer a first class service , from over the counter to mail order ..wouldn’t use anyone else for my supplies…

Always a good experience to shop and if there have been any issues in the past with my order the staff have been more than helpful over the phone and resolved the issue very quickly. Will always look here to buy my flavours.

I have been vaping for nearly 10 years now and have used The Ecig shop for the majority of that time. The staff go above and beyond, customer service is excellent!! Super fast delivery, I’ve never had an order take longer than 2 days to arrive. They sell an array of products such as eliquid, mods, tanks, coils, wick, and everything you need to make your own liquid at home. To help with this they even have a channel on YouTube with tutorials!!
I highly recommend, try them, you will not be disappointed!!

Used these guys for years, excellent experience. A few years ago there would be a missing item more often than not, but the online support people would always send out the missing stuff next day delivery, no questions asked. Last couple of years everything's been accounted for every time though.

Just a great bunch of guys friendly helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

The company is great , unfortunately dhl are not , every delivery is delayed bu dhl and only delivered after complaining to them .

I live in Sheffield and I found them online initially and even though it’s an hour and half round trip I only use them for my flavour concentrates, base and nic and won’t use anyone else. Good set of lads and lasses with none of the pomp you get in some shops and don’t mind a bit of chat

I have been going to these guys for years, started at their old shop and followed them to their current unit. They have always been the friendliest, most welcoming and reliable vape business. The staff are really approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and never pushy. They have such patience, which given my complete indecisiveness I truly appreciate. When the pandemic hit, they went out of their way to make it as easy as possible for people to still be able to get their vape products which was so welcome.. one less stress in a stressful time. I can't praise Ryan and the team enough. Absolutely worth a visit, you will not regret it.

I have been using The Ecig Shop for my number one go to supplier of flavouring concentrates for almost seven years now.
They are a very reliable company to do business with. They always have a huge array of products in stock and all transactions are turned around very quickly.
They are always well priced. The cheapest that I am in fact aware of.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to start mixing their own E-liquid.

I have used the e cig shop many times over about the last 5 or 6 years they have an excellent stock, fast delivery's and on the one occasion when I mucked up an online order I called them up to rectify my mistake and they had already done it! Efficiency you almost never see these days can't recommend highly enough.

It's hardly headline news for me to say that the ecig shop have long been an industry standard and long may they continue. The customer service is exemplary and the way they deal with situations should be how all other shops and retailers aspire to be. I've been a customer for a number of years now and the ONLY reason I ever go anywhere else is if they don't stock a product that I need (which is rare)
The prices are very competitive and the vast selection of products is incredible.
Keep up the good work guys, you are absolutely my first and last choice and long may you reign.
