I paid £1,000 for services that were never delivered. There was no commitment, no follow-up, and absolutely no value provided for the money they took. Even the email addresses they gave me no longer work or bounce back, making it impossible to get support or updates.
I activated my Shopify store and kept my subscription active for months waiting for them to deliver what they promised, but nothing happened. No account setup, no activation links, no service just excuses and silence.
This company is completely unprofessional, and based on my experience, they appear to be running a scam. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Please be careful and do your research before trusting them with your time or money.

They kept declining every product I suggested kept asking me to pay more money for them to make suggestions and chose the products I should sell. Eventually I got fed up and demanded a refund, complained to trading standards. They Refused to give a refund. A scamming company DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - religion is used as a guise. One star is generous I can't go any less!!!!!! They don't deserve even 1.

Sales Call:
The onboarding began with multiple international calls, which I appreciated. I also had a call with Haroon, who spoke positively about building a second income. At the time, I felt confident in the service and was looking forward to the experience.

Onboarding:
I signed the contract but requested changes, which took 13 days to finalize. The initial version had only one signature, which was concerning since I was paying in installments and asked the team to change it to two-parties and hence the delay.
I created a Discord account and was mistakenly added to someone elseâs. It took repeated messages to get this corrected. My assigned "Community Support Manager" only handled admin queries and kept directing me to Discordâoffering no real program support; rather an apt title would be an Admin Officer.

Training Program:
The training content consisted of outdated pre-recorded videos. The initial link didnât work, and after follow-up, I received a new one. Much of the content was outdated, and recommended Chrome plugins were no longer available. While one newer video addressed some of this, the overall material was heavily theoretical and not helpful.
Despite my basic e-commerce knowledge, I found the videos offered little value. For someone new to Shopify, the training wouldnât be useful at all.

The contract starts with: âTo help you fully set up and launch your e-commerce businessâŠâ - Not fullfilled
However, there was no actual VIP coaching. I never had a single strategy call to discuss the store niche, domain, or branding, despite multiple requests. Discord group kept deferring back to "Community Support Manager" and her help was in bits and pieces
The contract mentioned that 30 products would be added. I received the first 15, but nothing more was added before being reminded about the third payment. Nothing was added in between of the second and third payment. I honestly have no clue of the work done by them during that one month. No one discussed store direction or strategy at any point.

There was no consistencyâjust a random selection. Again the products were not discussed but rather dumped. (Also, please help me make a correlation as to what genre we are targeting here).
Descriptions were very brief and generic (just 2-3 short lines, with bullet points in some) clearly auto-imported from AliExpress. No manual editing was done.
Some products had 20+ photos seriously? Where is the QC?

"Embrace timeless style with this jacket, crafted from 100% premium leather. The classic brown finish gives it a rugged, yet sophisticated look, perfect for any outfit. Designed for a slim fit, this biker-inspired jacket blends fashion with durability for everyday wear."
Seriously?
Although the company promotes itself as Muslim-focused and promoting itself as trying to liberate the 9 to 5 working Muslim and helping him to set up a secondary income stream, the product images showed models with tattoos and listed color names like âWine Red.â This felt inauthentic and contradictory to their branding and going against the main tenets of faith as well.
None of the other pages (Home, About Us, Contact Us) were created during the period.

Refund Experience:
When I asked for a refund on January 3rd, I was told the team was off until the 6th (which I later confirmed was untrue). I was directed to email, which I did. That was the last I heard from the Community Support Manager.
I followed up multiple times with no response. I even asked for Haroon to get involvedâbut he seems to be only available for sales calls, not support or solving queries once they pay.
I didn't pay the final (third) instalment, given the immense dissatisfaction and requested a refund,d but they claim that the money-back guarantee only exists if I complete the entire program and pay the third instalment, continue with them and launch and operate for 90 days.
This is my true and honest review and anyone looking to join the Hyper Launch Package should be wary of Ecom Experts.

Won't honor the refund policy
I paid for the top tier package and was guaranteed a refund after a year if I didn't reach the 10k sales goal. The whole process was long and tedious and even then, my total sales were less than $500. I've been contacting them ever since and they have been ignoring me and not replying. I would NEVER recommend this this anyone.
They pose themselves (the whole team) as being "religious" and try to appeal to people by making us think they are trustworthy. But they will see on the day of judgment all the people they've wronged and stolen from (by not honoring their refund policy) and will have to pay a greater price then. InshAllah.

I signed up with this scam project charged me 3000 fee and did nothing for me then i was promised if i paid extra 1500 i would be given 10 winning products which would make money, none of them worked, the mentor would not even respond to my questions he would reply after a week, the messages for payment were very quick before i had paid but after i was told to use the slack software and whattsapp is only for emergencies, but that wasnt the case before payment as i was being asked for payment every day on the whatts app platform. i have lost so much money with this programme, i would like to advise and warn people please keep away from this as you will lose a lot of money, dont look at these pics and videos of people having discussions because it is all fake, so much for a programme that promises 3000 return in the first month i havent received a profit of a penny in my.nine months of trading, the platform uses a shopify stores to sell which is free to make yourself but they charge you a thousand pound, i have been sent a message by the shopify team that my store is unprofessional and is broken it has not been done properly, i put my trust in this programme but the man who advertised this on youtube has let me down as the information given is untrue, thanks for nothing.

am dissatisfied with the handling of the agreement, and I find myself perplexed and concerned, questioning the legitimacy of the situation. Despite having contributed funds, there has been no discernible platform or income. As a person of the Muslim faith, I anticipated a commitment to honesty and trust in the agreement, but it appears that the assurances given were merely verbal.
Initially, there was a promise of comprehensive assistance, portraying the process as straightforwardârequiring only a laptop. However, subsequent to the financial contribution, I have had to actively pursue every aspect, and some staff members demonstrated a lack of professionalism. The confusion in contacting the right person has added a significant hassle to the situation.and the ignorant of the situation plus using a message platform which requires a subscription otherwise they will ask you to sign up with different email and they will not respond to the messages
this company that has not only wasted my time and energy but also my financial resources. Had I invested my money during this period with a reputable and trusted company, I could have potentially generated a more substantial income.
I wish if I did more research before I fall in this scam

Be wary before you spend your hard earned money
EDIT- Had to delete my previous review as the Ecom Experts reported it for containing personal information about their staff (I wrote the names of the people I was working with) - despite nearly all reviews including their names (...?) If you write something positive, you can mention their names as much as you want. If it's negative, they'll report you. Says a lot about the people running the company.
I signed up June 23. Biggest problem with these guys is not the content or the service, it's the many conflicting messages and information provided that I ended up losing confidence and giving up with them.
1. Always keep any correspondence they send you, and make sure anything they tell you over the phone is confirmed in writing. I was sold on the service but mentioned numerous times that I could not afford to add additional funding once I had paid the initial course fee and was insistent that the course included advertising and everything else - anyone who has done e-commerce knows advertising is the most expensive aspect. After speaking to the sales team, I was told not to worry, the total cost for the course includes advertising expenses. I made the mistake of not having this confirmed in writing, as he said, don't worry, I'll let the team know and you won't have to add any money after buying the course. Surprise surprise, when I started the course I was told that advertising was not included and would have to fund this myself. Very very disappointing. When I made a complaint, he said advertising is never part of the course and you have to fund this yourself. I explained that I was told your sales team during the sign up process that it was included but he kept insisting that it wasn't. It is very aggravating when this happens as it means you now have to find money you were promised you would not need to put in.
After a lot of back and forth, it was agreed they would reimburse me £500 for advertising costs (mine were already well over £1000 by this stage). It took more than a month to get this money refunded as they stopped replying and said they went on holiday - even though all messages were through slack (more on that later) and this is accessible through your phone. I spent a lot of time chasing up different people within the company with no response. Anyway, it was paid and I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
2.The course is thorough and detailed - but once you get assigned a mentor, he proceeded to tell me that I should focus on just 3 products - clothes, shoes, watches, and that nearly all of the other niches and categories would not sell. What's the point of the course then? Why not just tell people in the course that all other categories are of no use and focus on these? Also they tell you you'll be given a .com site as its more professional but my site was set up as .shop - when queried, they said its better for setting up a business (...?) - even though this goes against the training course.
3. Numerous times we had scheduled meetings on Zoom, my mentor either didn't turn up, or turned up 20-30 minutes late. The ecom experts use mentors from overseas - no problem if they're good. My issue was that he wasn't very reliable and I had to chase him up, which because of the time difference wasn't very easy. For example, I had products ready to be uploaded to the site, yet they would not be uploaded for over a week meaning I was sitting around waiting. Unfortunately I had to report him about his conduct and after he was spoken to, the next call we had we went through the issues I was having and he said he would be moving me on to another team - ironically which never got in touch with me once.
4. Slack. They use this messaging service called slack which is supposed to be effective, however the service only lasts for 60 days ish, meaning once that's up, you're advised by the team to register with a new email address. This is particularly fun when you are 4/5 months in and now have to create new email addresses just to be able to contact with them. After 3 months I was moved to a different team who deal with after sales or something, I said hello in the group chat and didn't hear a single thing in there until 60 days later when Slack said my free trial had ended and I needed to sign up to continue talking to the group (who didn't even respond).
From the reviews I see a lot of people have had a great time with them, and that's great to hear. I'm always happy to support fellow brothers and sisters in their businesses. I did not have a great time with them to the extent I have abandoned the website and unsubscribed from shopify to save myself £30 a month (oh, its not mentioned in the sales pitch but you have to fund that yourself as well).
I would love for this to be a success and for me to make a sustainable business out of this, but I can't see it happening, although I'm always happy to be proved wrong.
My dissatisfaction with the services l received
Been out of jobs for more than 18 months. After several days of assurance by the team that all l needed to get up and running was just £500. Nothing more.
Family and friends helped me with £500 to purchase an Ecom Subscription. As soon as l paid the £500 on 15/09/2023 to the team via a link, I was being asked to sign an agreement. On reading, I queried a paragraph that confirmed that l needed additional funding for adverts. Since l cannot afford any additional funding.
l declined to sign and spoke to this agent who confirmed that she was sorry she did not mention any additional funding while we had initial discussions. She also confirmed that had instructed her colleague to process a refund of my £500. This other colleague had to refer me to the accounts department via an email address.
Since then, there has been no contact from your staff despite several calls made and messages sent. There is evidence that my payment has been canceled on the digistore24.com portal but there was no refund made to me.
Itâs been over 3 months now. Nobody has contacted me to discuss my refund. I donât understand what is going on here. l would appreciate it if my refund could be looked into.
