The support is second to none. I have had to migrate my websites from other shared hosting companies in the past due to issues and the lack of support. These guys go above and beyond to help.

We purchase email hosting for the internal communication, they guide very well and the integration was very simple and straightforward

I have purchased hosting from different providers but the issue of initial response time of server didn’t resolve. Finally I have purchased Linux hosting from them and my issue resolved.

I have been trying to get access to my account for over a year, but the password reset does not work and I don't receive the reset email. Web chat have been no help with this issue despite numerous attempts to fix the problem. Also have an annual issue with the security certificate expiring (for email hosting) which is rather tiresome.

Nothing works on the website, nothing at all. Very poor for a hosting company.

Difficulty getting correct help & support for set up resulted in cancelling & going to Zen.

Product (Domain Hosting) was not as described. Help desk tickets passed from 1 team member to another with no real answer other than to purchase more products. Ticket still open after 12 months. Term complete and I'm moving elsewhere. (Hence the prompt for review) It appears the site is a re-seller without technical knowledge or understanding

Keep sending me invoices for unwanted never used services and can find no way to cancel them. Very annoying

So far fully covered with no down time for email retrieval.
Account opened about a 6 months ago and have been very pleased with support to date.

It took 11 days of my repeatedly chatting/opening tickets to say what I needed before you sent the right information.

Very slow over 7 days to respond to a support ticket

Sirs I don't do offensive words and your suggestion that I might is in itself offensive.

Email accounts receiving not sending email, then incoming stopped too. Support said server had locked accounts due to my IP address. My public IP hadnt changed for months. It took nearly 24 hours to fix the issue by which time having been told it was fixed and wasnt I ended up changing passwords several times as it kept refusing access as it said my password wasnt authenticating. Even the control panel to administer accounts wasnt functioning correctly.
Now all sorted and on the whole when it had the same issues on previous occasions they have sorted it out very quickly. So hopefully just a one off due to staffing levels during a global pandemic.
