Have recently placed a couple of orders with the epicentre. The day after I received the first order the items were greatly reduced in price in the sale. When I contacted them they were so helpful and agreed to refund me the difference in cost. Highly recommended!

I caught a sale and was very happy with my purchase. I really enjoy their YouTube taste tests as they seem off the cuff. If they like it, they like it, some like the test samples and some don't so it doesn't seem biased. I will purchase from again. Thanks

Simply simple. In a world filled with hidden qualifiers and fees, inferior products and bloated claims of effectivness, it is nice to deal with a company with whom I know I can trust. I spoke with them because they were concerned leaving the size of my order on the front steps without a signature and I assured them that I would be there for delivery. The product was shipped quickly and when I asked for it to be delivered. Great Company Great Service!

I picked up a fairly large amount of loose MRE/FSR menu items to eat during search-and-rescue training exercises and and live field operations.

The shipment arrived promptly; all items in the box were in good condition and had recent date codes matching the online sales listings. One line item, however, was missing due to a packing error.

I called the store to explain the situation and a correction order shipped out the same day at no charge. Upon receipt of the correction order I was pleased to find they had included free samples of several additional products as compensation for the inconvenience.

Easy to deal with. Order was complete and packed well, not a dent in the box. Good place to do business with for people like us.

The spaghetti MRE packets were reasonably priced and they arrived quickly. Will use The Epicenter in the future.
