Terrible service. I bought my order in March as a birthday gift. Delivery was supposed to be the 22/04/2026 . It’s now the 23rd Still no since of it. In my opinion don’t waste your time or money. Shop around for a more reliable retailer!!

I made a order 5 days in advance for delivery on a Thursday for a specific event. Thursday came and went with no delivery. Over Friday/Saturday I emailed the company twice, sent a WhatsApp and left them a voicemail but they were impossible to contact. It was very disappointing because we'd planned the event around the box which never arrived.
It was only when I asked my credit card company to reverse the payment that they finally called me. Avoid at all costs- terrible customer service experience and a real let down.

I received my order today and was very disappointed to find that the fruit was not fresh. It was wrinkled, and the mango was black inside and had clearly gone off. I expected better quality for the price paid!

I would give them zero if I could. Our son age 11 has wanted an exotic fruit box for months instead of chocolate for Easter, which he is allergic to. Due to arrive - no delivery - no tracking - taken near £70 for nothing. We will be following up with the relevant authorities, as this is not just a poor service but fraud when no goods have been received. I rang them to query the tracking info and they told me it would arrive the day of delivery - tracking same day ..did it..NO!

Fruit was black in the middle when it comes

Ordered the exotic box Easter time for my wife. She was thrilled & followed the directions to eat the fruit when it ripened and it lasted nearly 10days! Then for Xmas I ordered a big box of exotic fruit, also an extra box of dragon fruit. It arrived on the requested day. She did the same as before but within three days half of the fruit had gone off and gone furry including what was ripening in the box as the box had mould on it & the rest of the fruit followed shortly after. When I contacted the company on email, they did not answer twice. Finally I called them and their answer was “once it arrives it’s not their responsibility” & they don’t care how long the fruit lasts. They did not even offer a refund or partial replacement for over half the fruit that had to be binned. Very poor customer service and very hard to leave a review. Won’t be ordering again.

Awful, fruit arrived mouldy. I had a special request before ordering which they said they would do for me but that request was not fulfilled and therefor was a runed birthday gift. Complained but had no response so will take this to ny bank.
