I can’t say enough good things about this gym! The staff are so friendly, supportive, and genuinely care about your progress. The atmosphere is always positive and welcoming, which really helped me get back into fitness after a long break. I feel stronger, more confident, and actually enjoy working out again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym that truly feels like a community!
The Fitmill is a gym which has no mirrors and a caring community. The coaches help you focus on being real but will challenge you to reach your goals.

I have been a member of the gym since 2019 and I’ve never stuck at a gym for more than 6 months. It’s more than just fitness, it’s well-being, community and people focused. A diverse range of clients means anyone feels welcome and the friendly, people focused coaches make sure you get the support you need. An amazing place where the Fitmill Family support each other too and delivers results.
Great community focused gym. All classed based which helps with planned training programmes and great class motivation and support.
I started last July on the 6 week programme and haven't looked back since.
I love how knowledgeable the coaches are and they share that knowledge throughout your sessions.
The group sessions are brilliant, everyone is really friendly and supportive.
Nick, Garry and Jo are amazing coaches, they genuinely care and just get it and they will keep you accountable to your goals which is great.
I have lost 4 stone in weight and 70 inches off my body so far and gained confidence, strength and I really enjoy every session even when I say I dont lol 😆

I’ve been part of the Fitmill family for four years. I started as a total novice having never set foot in a gym before. With time and patient encouragement, I have achieved more than I thought I was capable of in terms of fitness and strength. I have been able to start dancing again at the age of 50 and no longer feel achy after kayaking, paddleboarding or gardening! I have no other gyms to compare it to but I suspect it’s more friendly and supportive than most.
The FitMill is so much more than a gym. It has a great sense of community and I hand on heart believe that you won’t find a gym with trainers that care more about you, your goals and your progress.
I love the classes and always leave feeling great. I’ve been a member just under a year & my mental and physical health have improved drastically.
I’ve avoided gyms for years telling everyone that I hated them. But then I came here and now I tell people the gym is my happy place. Thank you Nick, Jo & Garry - joining the FitMill has genuinely changed my life so much in all the right ways 💚

The PT's are always on hand with help and advice which gives your confidence a big boost.
