Lorena is a great teacher, very professional and knowledgeable. She was very thorough with the technique of the Reformer exercises and with the structure of the course. Although there was a lot of information to remember, she made it very easy and I learnt a lot from her. I feel very lucky that I got to receive classes from someone like her. Highly recommended if you want to complete the Reformer Level 3 training.

Signing up for the courses was very easy and fast, Warren was very helpful in the process as he gave me all the details and advice I needed and was very prompt with his replies.

They encourage you to enrol by making promises that are not fulfilled later, leaving you feeling trapped with no refund or alternative options. There are many other providers who genuinely support their students and offer better flexibility. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other providers before enrolling with this team.

Harry king was outstanding help on getting me the right course and working around my situation, all my questions where answered and with clear instruction.

Unfortunetly, I joined the Level 3 PT course during the transition to the new spec that happened in June 2026. The online section of the course itself was really hard to follow at first as it was all over the place as new bits of coursework came in to the portal as i was going through it. If it wasn't for the help of Mark Fox who went above and beyond what i could have imagined, I wouldn't have passed this soon. I explained how I chose this course as i did the level 2 with the fitness group and it was easy to follow online portal, but it wasnt the same as it was this transitional period. Mark emailed me over exactly what i needed to do, helped me upload it to google drive / via email as the portal didnt have all the submissions yet.
Mark deserves a raise as he answered so many of my silly questions as if they werent silly at all!

I had a very disappointing experience with The Fitness Group.

I enrolled in their Pilates Mat & Reformer training expecting a well-organised and professional course. Unfortunately, the organisation throughout the process was extremely frustrating. The training was postponed several times, which made it very difficult to plan around the course and created a lot of uncertainty.

I also found the communication and follow-up disappointing. There were several situations where I felt that I had to chase for information or clarification myself, rather than feeling properly supported as a student.

The practical side of the training was also not as smooth as I expected. When you invest both time and money into a professional qualification, you expect clear instructions, reliable scheduling and proper support throughout the process, especially when it comes to assessments and exams.

Overall, I was expecting a much more structured and professional experience. Unfortunately, the repeated changes, lack of clear communication and overall organisation made the whole process much more stressful than it needed to be.

I hope The Fitness Group takes this feedback seriously, because the training itself has potential, but the organisation and student support really need to be improved.

I signed up for the Level 3 Mat & Reformer Pilates hybrid course, and Nick is my tutor. We have met on the first stage for my Mat Pilates class. He was very friendly and supportive which made the class flow nicely and steady despite of only being me the only learner that day! I am very grateful for all the useful tips he had given me and super excited to get my course done!

A brilliant experience from start to finish - Harry (King) was exceptional and answered every single one of my many questions (I had a lot).
