I made an initial enquiry about PT training. Rosie called me as planned and talked me through various options and helped to select the right training path for me - a great programme of in-person and online training that will fit along side my other time commitments. I can't wait to get started!

Easy to use online course with excellent resources. My tutor Mark was fantastic, always on hand to deliver support whenever required.

Great experience overall. Super easy to sign up & very straightforward to follow. My tutor (Nick) was thorough & quick to respond & support. One of the best fitness companies I've had the pleasure of using to complete my qualification - & I've used many! Highly recommend & will hopefully be using them again in the future.

I had Remus Petrescu for Tutor during this course it was great, always available and I have benefitted from very good feebacks which improved my overall understanding.

Everyone in the whole system of the Fitness Group from the start have been super. Very responsive and flexible to accommodate timelines. Ricky is amazing with the customer service and super quick to respond and getting things sorted when needed. Zosha is an amazing workshop instructor!! And Jonathan is amazing as well he is super on it and very knowledgeable and so very helpful and on it immediately if something is needed. He is a great salesman for the courses!

I’ve just signed up to complete my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications with The Fitness Group, and I’ve been so impressed with the experience from the very beginning.
Jaz has been absolutely brilliant throughout the onboarding process. Communication has been amazing and responses are always really quick, which was one of my biggest concerns about choosing distance learning. I’ve never felt like I’m left waiting for help or unsure about what I need to do next.
The course books and learning materials are also excellent, with a really good mix of written content and videos, making everything easy to follow and work through at your own pace.
I’m only two days in and I’ve already completed my first unit ready for marking, which says a lot about how straightforward and well-structured the course is.

I have just completed my level 3 Personal training course with the fantastic Mark Fox as my tutor. He was very supportive throughout the course and fitted me into his busy diary at short notice on a couple of occasions to get me going again! He was aware I was working against a deadline and he totally got this and ensured my work was marked asap to facilitate my next steps. Could not have done it without Mark. Thank you!

Nick delivered my mat pilates level 3 stage 1 course. Nick is very knowledgable and clearly has a lot of experience teaching pilates. Each exercise was explained, demonstrated and worked through with teaching guidance. The structure of a pilates class was learnt step by step, supporting me with my assessment. Thank you

I've just bought my PT package and found it really easy to navigate online. Harry made it really easy and guided me through it. Would recommend.

Right from start to end: Warren is such a friendly, sales person who is very kind and helpful. Jessy from learner support expedited the process for me and went out of her way to make it happen. Lorena is an excellent tutor and so kind to try to help us with thorough, detailed teaching. Allie is the course assessor who taught us for the final modules, she was meticulous for our own good and so lovely and supportive. The course is good. I really appreciate the team, their service. I would recommend their courses. Although some of my peers have struggled with getting hold of staff at the office lately and we are waiting for our certificates and hope to receive that soon, hopefully they are swift and smooth in all their operations for everyone!

Nick has great knowledge on the level 3 course and made it enjoyable.
