Mark was quick and effective with his replies to my questions and queries. Also he made sure everything was clear and understandable through out!! Very happy with his service.

Meeting and having Mark Fox as my assessor for my Level 3 practical exam made my day so much better. Mark put me (and others it seemed) at ease with his calmness and professional manner. Can't thank him enough for putting me at ease as I was a nervous wreck!

I’ve just finished the five week face-to-face Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training course in Glasgow, and I’m genuinely gutted it’s over!

Our tutor Mark (and Alasdair briefly) was brilliant and I got really lucky with the group of people I was with. It was a really supportive and fun learning environment.

There were a few minor issues with the documents on the Portal but Mark sorted us out and made sure we had everything we needed.

The course challenged me at times, but I learned loads and could really see myself developing week on week. I would definitely recommend Mark and the face-to-face course 😃

Danny is really different from the other instructors, in the sense he is very direct and honest. He doesn’t sugar coat, in a good way. If an idea or plan isn’t good enough, he will tell us honestly and explain why. I find this approach helpful, to let us think critically and improve.

Jaz was great to deal with while i was looking for the right option for my circumstances. She is pleasant, helpful and understanding. Jaz made it a seamless experience! Would highly recommend.

Mark was very knowledgable and looked after us on the course, he very much taught the student in front of him. We had many great debates and by the end of the course we were all great pals.

Rosie guided me through a number of options answering all my queries and put any doubts I had at bay. She is easy going and very knowledgeable about the fitness industry. Happy with my decision.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Fitness Group, particularly with the level of customer service after signing up.

During the sales process, I was given certain promises and assurances, which played a part in my decision to proceed. Unfortunately, several of these have not been honoured.

What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails trying to get answers to my questions, but it often feels like **10 emails result in 1 response**, and even then, the response does not address all of the questions I have raised. This has meant having to repeatedly follow up just to get basic clarification.

I also submitted my coursework for the **Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes Management** course around a month ago, but I still have no clear information about what stage my submission is at or when I can expect it to be marked. Despite contacting them multiple times, I have not received a clear answer.

I understand that businesses can be busy, but when a customer has paid for a service based on certain information and promises made during the sales process, I would expect those commitments to be followed through and for reasonable questions to receive proper responses.

That said, I would like to mention that I have received **very good support from Mark Fox during my Level 3 GP Referral course**. My experience with him has been positive, and I appreciate the support he provided.

Overall, my experience with Fitness Group has been very disappointing due to the communication issues and the lack of clarity around commitments made and course progression. I hope Fitness Group takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and follow-through with customers.

A very professional course with Marie-Claire who is very knowledgeable and personable. Really enjoyed it. Definitely came out a much better Massage Therapist.
