Avoid dealing with this company!!!!
we booked a flat in Crickelwood, pre paid for 4 nights plus had to pay a deposit whicg was more than we paid for the stay. We did not know we are dealing with this company, as the booking was at the Booking.com site. just after the booking was issued we started to deal with the Flex living company and had to sign a different contract with them. I am an old client of Booking.com and such thing has never happen to me! we arrived at the flat at around 19:00 on November 21 and the flat was freezing cold. no welcoming cardexplaining how to manual things. The number we had of the company is hardly available. after we mannage to speak to them they explaind how to start the heating and terrible smell of gas spread all over the flat. for the next 3 hours we were trying to get help from the company and they promissed they are sending someone, in the meantume we are covered with our coats and blankets in a flat that was suppose to be our holiday place. It was getting very late so we booked a motel for the night and started to leave. at around 22:00 a plumber of their behalf arrived and imidiatly openned all windows and tols us to leave. as we were getting out of there the plumber noticed us that the owner wants us to move to another flat in the same building, we were already fed up with the whole situation and ofcours didn'w want to stay in that dangerous situation. The next morning we booked another flat which was safer and warmer and were surprised to discover the The Flex Living were not going to return us our money, authougt they put us in a dangerous situation. Untill today (December 15) they didn't return any of the deposit money, althogh they were informed that we left the flat the same night and never came back.
Booking.com neigher takes any responsability for puting this company in their site and giving them their own recomendation. What an upsetting experience that ruind our holiday!!

A very comfortable relaxing property backed up by an ever helpful and friendly management company. Sarah was most helpful.
Peaceful quiet location which enhanced the experience.

The whole process was very smooth and Maya was of big help in making sure we faced no issue checking in and out in the accommodation.
It was clean, neat and better than expected.

We stayed in this apartment in Brixton and I can say right away: I've stayed at airbnbs, hotels, booking.com venues but this is by far the best stay, the best host I've ever had. The support by Jonathan, the direct response. The clean apartment, heating works perfectly, it is quiet and even the wifi works ;-).

The location of the apartment was great within walking distance to some attractions and a metro very close by. In a great area near spitalfield market. The beds were comfortable and the apartment modern. Issues with the apartment - some supplies not adequate (toilet paper for example and some kitchen utensils not available such as a spatula, and there were no extras such as salt and pepper). We contacted the host about the toilet paper but did not receive any more.

The best experience!! The apartment is very beautiful and clean, I highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at the Wapping Villa. It is based in a super save and cute private residence. The property was clean and well equipped. Elza, was really responsive and very helpful, she answered all our questions in no time. I recommend the Wapping Villa a 100%.

This company gave me the worst customer experience of my whole life. I am a regular traveller and used to have my own home on AirBnB when I was away, so I'm very acquainted with the short lettings market and thought I knew what to look out for. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews here before I booked.

I booked a flat in East London for 2 weeks earlier this month (November 2024). I booked through booking.com but the flat is managed by Flex Living, with whom I had to go through a whole second contracts process. This already made me a bit nervous, as it's highly unusual.

Upon arrival, several things were not working - the doorbell was smashed, the kitchen sink wouldn't drain properly - but more critically, there was an overwhelming stench of mould. The toilet hadn't been properly installed - there were several tiles missing and a lot of black mould all around. I immediately tried to notify Flex Living, but they did not answer their phone or reply to voicemails. It took 24 hours and reporting them to booking.com for them to reply to my email.

On Sunday (I'd been there for 2 nights at this point), they finally sent a maintenance person. He immediately confirmed the situation was a health hazard and could not be resolved without major renovation. As I am immunocompromised and thus at greater risk, I tried working with the very kind customer service rep to get myself relocated. There was an available flat a few streets away but management refused to let me move there. I was offered either a flat in far northwest London (over an hour from everything I had planned) or to wait another day and then move to a flat priced at less than half of what I'd paid. I declined and booked myself into a hotel.

I spent the next two+ weeks fighting to get my money back. I paid for accommodation, received no safe accommodation or equivalent alternatives, and they denied me a refund. They also took an additional £800 that they'd held as a damages deposit - even though I caused no damage and they gave me no grounds for the charge.

It took me weeks to get my money back through my credit card company, but I did. I encourage any of you who've had similar experiences to also open investigations. These cowboys frankly do not deserve to be in business, full stop.

These guys are unprofessional and dangerous. Do not engage with them or give them your money.

We had a very nice stay, the people at the reception were also nice.. clean rooms provided with everything we needed.. the pool was clean also with a beautifull vieuw of the Burj khalifa and our host Sarah helped us through everything and was so kind!

The stay was excellent and worth the price.
The apartment’s location next to the bus station makes traveling within London very convenient.

Sarah was a great host. She was quick to respond to all our inquiries and managed to secure the dates we needed despite the last-minute booking. She was also very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for the stay. Overall the stay was wonderful

The place we rented was stunning, im going again soon. Maya was amazing. she helped us all the way through. the place was also clean and looked very fancy.

I have stayed at multiple Flex Living locations and I can only say good things. The property’s are well kitted out and warm. They’ve had everything I’ve needed.

And when I made the mistake of leaving my jacket and AirPods behind me at one location, Maya ver my kindly assisted me in getting it back. I’m very grateful for both the help of Maya and Natalia too.

5 stars, will continue to use!

Elza was very helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. The area is wonderful. We were travelling with small children and really enjoyed the residential and green areas nearby. The waterfront view was the cherry on top!

The company give us a flat we pay for 6 nights and because of unexcpected situation we will not go to stay in the appartments, and they refuse to refund the money back, because were blocked and as you can think , it have 7 days announcement , but we pay for 6 days..This is unbelivable how they taken money from people, with explanation was blocked for others and we loosing money...
i dont recomend them, because of the poor attention to people situations and are not flexible..
