I stayed in Peckham through Flex Living and it was the first time I stayed in a shared home/bathroom lodging situation. I knew going into it that it wouldn't have the same comforts as a private Airbnb or hotel. That's okay. But my stay was riddled with issues before I even got there. Initially, I booked through VRBO and I had to modify my reservation which took multiple follow ups over several days to resolve. Within a day of our arrival the toilet in the bathroom nearest to our room broke. They were quick to respond and address the issue, but it broke again the next day. After they fixed it the second time, we didn't experience any further issues. The home was kept cleaner than we expected, but it's not perfect. The kitchen had old food in the fridge from previous guests. It also lacked basics like paper towels and an adequate amount of dishes for the number of guests. We never could get the TV in our room to work either. The dryer could never could our clothes completely dry and there is only one washer/dryer for the entire home, so you have to try to catch it when it's free or else you're out of luck.
The biggest issue we had, and the reason I am rating this as two stars instead of the three is that the WiFi is unreliable and slow. Multiple people I spoke to were all experiencing the same issue. Management would respond to our emails, but nothing was ever done to address it. I told management that I would be working from my room and because I wasn't able to reliably access the internet for video calls I ended up having to purchase a pass to a coworking space in Peckham.
The location, however, is one of the good things about this place as it is only a 10 minute walk to the tube and has multiple bus stops around the home.
All in all, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. It's a great concept and idea for folks traveling on a budget, I just wish they did a better job at considering the needs of their guests.

Overall, it was a great stay for my family. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. Jonathan was super responsive to our queries. We would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed staying here and had some issues at the beginning but Jonathan supported me all the time and solved very quickly.
I specially thanks to Jonathan and hope to stay next time.

I had a terrible experience with Flex Living as a landlord. They refused to vacate my property when requested, forcing me to take legal action to regain possession. During the tenancy, they misused the flat, leaving it in an unacceptable condition. Their communication was unprofessional and frustrating to deal with throughout the entire ordeal. I strongly advise other landlords to avoid working with them to save yourself the stress and hassle I endured.

Our stay in this apartment was truly delightful. The space was spacious, well-located, functional, and impeccably clean. The support team was exceptionally efficient, with Maya being a standout example. She always assisted us with remarkable kindness and efficiency, making our experience even more enjoyable.

My stay at the unit was amazing, especially due to the hospitality shown by Flex Living. From the start of finding the unit to checking out was hassle-free due to the videos and prompt responses made by the team. Even in late hours, if I required any support, the team was always there to assist me. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely book my future visits through Flex Living.

Very good host fast response and good communication.

We had to deal with some issues and were at the beginning very disappointed by the person handling the case. Very fortunately we called the service center and two women - Sarah (in the morning)and an other woman answered back even during late evening (who speak Arabic) and did their best to provide the best solution.
Nadine was also very helpful !

The apartment was clean, spacious and lovely. Above all sarah was so helpful. Such a pleasant experience.
