After a few times using the orb, the inside became disconnected . Tried to email company with no response.

Purchased 4 hoverballs the beginning of December. I expected them for the holidays but they never came. Now it's almost February and I still haven't received them. I was definitely scammed. To make matters worse I ordered from the official website. Sent emails, I've complained and still nothing.

Total rip offs. Bought one for my grandson, it lasted 5 minutes & no longer took a charge. Reached out to customer service 3 times & never got an answer, replacement or my money back. So, beware, don't waste your money or give your support to this company, onuce they take your money you won't hear from them.

Received torn box and the main center structure in orb was not even attached. Garbage.
Sent three emails to company for money back - no response.

This is definitely a scam. There is no way to contact anyone and the product never arrived. I should have checked the reviews before ordering.

Same experience as others.
It did arrive but does not hold a charge for more than a minute, does not shut off when shaken as advertised and simply does not levitate or fly.
I hope Mastercard takes their money back

I ordered one of your toys almost a month ago and never received it. You lie when you advertise 2 to 3 days delivery to the US. Never again will I buy anything from you. You refused to give me a refund so you basically stole my money.

The flying orb toy were difficult to charge.
The stop button were inside and impossible to use.
Remote button did not work.
The company was hard to deal with not friendly. I needed to call my credit card to dispute the charge. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to order that directly from them.
After 5-6 emails and goose chase to try to get a return label for the product -they are asking to prove it with picture …video ets…no return label received . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 stay away from company like this.
They return policy is 60 day after purchase not Questioning for any explanation !

I bought one for my daughter for Christmas. WHAT A MISTAKE! The orb does not return like advertised, and the charge only last for less that a minute. I repeatedly asked for a refund and they keep refusing! This thing is garbage!

This is a SCAM!
They send a product that doesn't work, and then send you on a wild goose chase to try to get a refund, because they have no intention of refunding for any reason.
I should've known by the weird spelling and am kicking myself that I didn't look here first.
Not only did I end up without a christmas gift for my dad, but I lost the money completely.
Don't make the same mistake.

Website is misleading. You do not get a two pack as stated. Company does not answer emails. Product came late and damaged.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! My 2 orbs didn’t work, but you can’t get a hold of anybody by telephone or email. On my bank statement, it lists them in Sheridan, WY, but they were mailed from somewhere in the eastern US. I truly believe they are scammers. It’s sad they will work so hard at scamming when they could work hard at a legit job. I will pray for their salvation. Eternity is forever.

They stole almost $100 of my hard earned money!! I ordered 4 orbs. They never showed up. They finally sent a tracking number that was a scam as well. It's supposedly been sitting in Jamaica,NY since Dec. 18th!! They won't call or respond to emails. They need to be SHUT DOWN NOW!!!!!!

They shorted our order and do not respond to emails.
Do not deal with this group!

They sent a product that worked as intended, FOR1 MINUTE. Then the LED strip came loose and broke off. It has been 6 weeks of sending them photo and video proof of the defective toy. They keep saying that they will send a replacement, but I want a refund - just as they promise on their web site.

A waste of money. I bought 2 for my grandkids and they don't work. They are junk!!

I sent 4 emails since then and although they say they respond within 24 hours, I have yet to receive a reply from them and it is December 3, 2023. Ordered 2 for Christmas presents. I received them and charged them fully to see if they work. The first one didn’t even spin and the second one only lasted 5 minutes. You need a shipping label to return them except they won’t give me one. Multiple emails have been sent. Along with pictures and videos still no shipping label! They want me to agree too replacements. When I say no the dialogue stops! Been trying for 3 days now.

I only rated The Fly Orbb as one star because you can't rate zero stars. I ordered the Cosmic Blue Fly Orbb, they took my money, they said it was on it's way, then I received a message it was delivered on October 12, 2023 but, it was not. I sent 4 emails since then and although they say they respond within 24 hours, I have yet to receive a reply from them and it is now November 4, 2023. I called there telephone number and got a message advising to send an email. Do not buy from The Fly Orbb, save your money and buy elsewhere! Do not flush your well earned money down the toilet like I had to!
