We know that younger children don't always want to follow instructions, and that's absolutely fine! Our sessions are designed to give every child the freedom to explore, play and get involved at their own pace. Thank you for your feedback. While we're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the session, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that Football Fun Factory provides no football, sport or physical activity.

Our sessions are carefully designed to keep children active, engaged and enjoying football in a positive, pressure-free environment. We don't deliver traditional football training built around repetitive drills, as our philosophy prioritises fun, participation and child development over performance. However, football and physical activity are absolutely central to everything we do.

We also find the suggestion that children were sitting doing nothing for over 30 minutes particularly concerning, as this is completely at odds with our session structure and coaching approach. Our coaches bring children together to explain activities, demonstrate games and encourage participation, but these moments are not intended to take up the majority of a session. We would therefore welcome the opportunity to establish exactly what happened before accepting this description as an accurate reflection of the session.

We also want to address your comments about our positive reviews. These are genuine experiences shared by families who attend our sessions, and we are incredibly proud of the reputation our coaches have built. Suggesting that these reviews are somehow misleading simply because your experience was different is unfair to both our coaches and the thousands of families who enjoy Football Fun Factory.

We absolutely welcome constructive criticism and take concerns about session quality seriously. However, we also believe it's important to challenge claims that do not reflect our programme design, coaching standards or the experiences we work hard to provide.

We would be happy to discuss your experience directly and investigate the specific session you've mentioned.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review! It’s amazing to hear what Football Fun Factory became for you and your son, not just an activity each weekend, but something you could look forward to and enjoy together.

We’re especially pleased to hear how much he grew during his time with us, from making new friends and developing his social skills to becoming more confident, active and comfortable as part of a group. At that age, using imagination, play and plenty of fun is such an important part of keeping little ones engaged, so it’s brilliant to hear how much he enjoyed the activities.
